Motoallegro Reviews

Don't buy from there, it's a scam. The product won't arrive and your money won't be returned either!!!!

Hi, great site, everything I ordered arrived
5 stars

Fast and human reply, polite and fast delivery!

Best shop, Best sellers, best condition parts, perfect delivery service

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I ordered a product using a specific code, but they delivered a completely different item with the wrong code, which did not fit the car it was intended for.

When I contacted them to explain the mistake, they insisted that I was the one who made the error, even though I provided proof that I had ordered the correct item. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to acknowledge their mistake.

I asked them to at least allow me to return the product and issue a refund so I could purchase the correct one, but they stopped responding to my messages entirely. When I called them because they were ignoring my messages, they answered but claimed they did not speak English and hung up on me.

I continued trying to contact them through messages and phone calls, but they either ignored me or did not respond at all. Eventually, their only “solution” was to suggest that I buy the correct product again, offering just a 7% discount, which is unacceptable considering their mistake.

This is extremely unprofessional behavior. They lack basic communication, refuse to take responsibility, and show no willingness to resolve issues they caused.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. If you are looking for something reliable, fast, and professional, stay away from them.

Надійна компанія і швидка доставка, знайдуть будь яку запчастину яка потрібна

Все супер дуже відповідальний сервіс 10/10

I had a great experience buying an auto part from this seller. The item arrived quickly, was well packaged, and exactly as described. The quality was excellent and the price was fair. Communication was also clear and professional. I would definitely recommend this seller and would buy again.

It is a scam company, since they do not deliver what it is supposed to.

Kauf funktionierte einwandfrei.
Artikel kam sehr schnell in Deutschland an.
Vielen Dank

I searched the internet for the part of my 2019 Tiguan rear-view mirror for a long time, the plastic lower part of the rear-view mirror. I finally found it on motoallegro.net. After placing an order through the site, I was contacted true WhatsApp to receive a payment link on an account in Ukraine. Subsequently, I received the tracking link to the shipment via DPD and a few days later, I received the package well packaged and the part in perfect condition, which matched perfectly with my mirror.

Bonjour,
Sinon, produit conforme.

Good service and fast delivery, will definitely order again

Big time scammers don’t buy they will never send you the order

Très bon service la piece reçu rapidement

LA PIEZA ANUNCIADA NO COINCIDE CON LA QUE LUEGO TE ENVÍAN. Y TARDAN CASI 15 DÍAS EN LLEGAR EN LOS CUALES NO TE DAN INFORMACIÓN DE NADA. UNA VE HAS PAGADO, NO TE CONTESTAN. LUEGO, CUANDO LES DICEN QUE ESA NO ES LA PIEZA, TE DICEN QUE PAGUES TU LA DEVOLUCIÓN Y ELLOS YA VERÁN SI TE DEVUELVEN EL DINERO. YO HE DECIDIDO NO DEVOLVERLA PORQUE ESTOY SEGURO DE QUE NO ME DEVOLVERÁN EL DINERO.

I feel scammed. I bought a headlight, and it's broken. I need a solution, but they don't give me any. They charge money quickly and disappear.

You can order goods for cars.
But the listed price is not real price, you pay 23% extra if you are no company.

Polland is in EU and EU says 0% VAT for used goods/products.

No you know why they have cheap price on website, but if you order and want to pay, then the scam begins.

They also not respond on questions, just ask how you want to pay.
