So if I could give zero stars then i would.
Where do i start
Brought car on Saturday 25th March
Returned car Tuesday 28th March with 7 faults. I emailed over the 7 faults and said I was going to return car for a full refund. Cut a very long story short and lots of stress, I final got some of the money back on Sunday 19th May. The only way I could get most of my money back was to offer a compromise,which meant I lost over a thousand pounds.
Please be very careful.

Excellent customer service right from…

Excellent customer service right from the start. Abdullah was so welcoming and genuine. He made me feel at ease, even on the test drive. Abdullah gave me confidence to sell my old car. I would absolutely recommend Motor2go as the customer service is great. In addition, I had minor ‘teething issues’ with my car. Abdullah was excellent at dealing with this, he even arranged for me to get it sorted at my local garage free of charge. Abdullah is a credit to Motor2go and has restored my faith in buying a second hand car.

After posting an honest review about my experience with Motor2Go, I received an email from the company demanding I remove it, calling my review ‘untruthful’ and ‘lies’, and stating they would refuse to communicate with me further until I complied. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, they chose to dismiss and pressure me. Threatening customers into silence instead of resolving legitimate complaints speaks volumes about how this company operates. I would strongly caution anyone considering using Motor2Go.
How the company is operating this is an another proof to treat as a cheaters and frausters please be aware of Motor2go company don’t ever think to buy a vechicle from them it’s too too dangerous

We are sorry to read your review, however several statements made here are inaccurate and do not reflect the full circumstances of this matter.
The vehicle was purchased on 13 December 2025 and shortly after purchase you reported concerns. In line with our obligations, we asked you to return the vehicle so that it could be inspected and repaired, which we arranged. The vehicle was returned to you once the work was completed.
You also purchased a 24-month warranty package, and when you later reported a further issue you were correctly advised to contact the warranty provider so that the matter could be handled under the policy.
Unfortunately, the vehicle was subsequently taken to a third-party garage without authorisation and was reprogrammed/modified. As explained in our signed Terms & Conditions, unauthorised modifications can affect warranty coverage and prevent us from verifying the original cause of any reported fault.
Despite this, we have repeatedly offered for the vehicle to be returned to our premises for inspection, so that we can properly assess the situation and assist where possible. This offer remains open.
Motor2Go takes customer service seriously and we always aim to resolve matters fairly and professionally. We have a full record of emails, call logs and correspondence relating to this matter and remain willing to review the vehicle should you wish to arrange an inspection.

I recently purchased a van from Motor2Go and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the very first interaction, Abdullah in Sales made the process smooth, friendly, and informative. He listened to exactly what I needed, showed me a great selection of vans that fit my budget and use, and explained everything in clear, honest detail. I never felt pressured — just genuinely supported in making the right choice.

Once the sale was complete, the excellent service didn’t stop there. Syed in the Aftersales Prep Team went above and beyond to make sure the van was thoroughly checked, serviced, and ready to go. The preparation work was detailed and clearly done with real care — I left knowing the vehicle was in great shape and that I had someone dependable to contact if I needed anything after delivery.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost ! Purchased a van full a scrap in 8 months ! All been serviced proper always something goes wrong with it.

SCAM , Ford Transit

SCAM , made my first building company bankrupt , ive purchased a Ford Transit Custom 2020 on 95k miles on the clock. When i got the van it was already delivered with cracked windscreen. Of course the company was so helpful they said its not an MOT failure so not down to them so i had to pay 400£ for replacement in the first week , then i had the following issues in the period of 20k miles , Adblue injectors changed , breakdiscs , wetbelt ive been told has been changed it was nearly snapped 2000£ , brand new turbo 2500£ , then it failed mot on discs 1000£ dics and pads , and then just 2500 miles after started overheating like hell , chnaged 4 mecanics everyone diagnosed the engine to be gone , the mecanics scammed me as well, so ive paid so far 3000£ on top of all that just for , radiator , egr cooler , expansion tank + cap , radiator , and every single part woth the coolant system , and guess what still preasurises and overheats ….. Aaaand on top of that i parked it last night on the driveway because i cannot afford this engine to be changed and now my power steering has failed and i need new rack… lovely . I would never buy anything from these people I will try take them to court i tryed complain to them no result, they asked me to proof these parts was failing at the date of purchase ….. Absolutely scammers took my money i am left with finance to pay for 21k because they gave me 21% interest with very good credit rate. Which ive been told it was 12% absolutely rip off and i highly suggest stay away!!!!

Paid 17K for a vehicle that seemed fine on…

Paid 17K for a vehicle that was fine on a test short run, then when I picked it up a week later warning lights came on just after a couple of miles. Reported it and took it back. Nearly 2 weeks later and they said the works are done. Got it back..... then warning lights came on and same faults. I had it independently diagnosed and was told that they did not do any works but only switched off the warning lights, which only lasts a certain time. They also discovered that it has a loose anti roll bar.
The van was not fit for purpose even though it had a fresh MOT.
Works is ERG £1,500, and the anti roll bar £250. They said to me that the works for replacing an ERG is no more than a quarter of that and so cannot accept the quotation. I have now collected 3 quotations and all are around the same price. You be the judge. Also, if you are a mechanic please respond with your opinion on the cost?
Anyway, I have seeked legal advice and now the stage I'm at is giving them 14 days to respond, basically to agree to pay for the works.
Hold tight..... I'll inform you as we go.
