I purchased a Vespa from these guys and it was just scrap basically
I purchased a Vespa from these guys. It is basically a scrap bike. It looked gray in the pics. I should have returned it. It was coved in rust. And almost all the plastic ls broken. It was wet so looks like it had been left outside.
It broke down after 30 mins.
They played about with it and got it sort of going.
It broke down later but the shop was closed.
The piston had gone and went into limp mode. Had to get new piston.
The exsorst is full of holes. Had to get a new one.
Had to weld body and repaint it.
Seat sponge wet. Had to scrap cover and dry it out snd get new seat cover.
Plastics needed a fix and paint.
Most of the work I have done myself to keep costs down. Probably spent £500 so for fixing it.
If these things had not been fixed. The Vespa would basically be scrap as the piston has almost seized and the holes in the exhort means it can only go about 10mph.
They took my cash from me before they dumped the bike outside. If I had seen it I would never have paid them anything.
I have the footage on my YouTube channel ZUDUM. So you can see the evidence.
I am posting this now after I have done the work as I did not know how bad things were. I am still fixing it now.
I could not recommend this form to anyone.

I bought my latest bike from these guys and the whole process was extremely easy and comfortable.
As such, I heartily recommend them to anyone whoes looking for a great bike and a great deal

I suspect all the 5 star reviews are…
I suspect all the 5 star reviews are written by the staff as o have spoke to other customers who have not been happy.
I purchased the bike online.
But the bike I got wans not the same as in the picture.
The bike is rusty and needs a lot of work. In truth I was going to just dump it, as it is that bad.
It was wet so looks to have been left outside getting rusty.
The seat was soaking and rusty. That is the first thing that needed changing.
The body is full of rust.
Broken lights.
Plastics broken.
It looks like they found it in a skip.
Avoid this place.
And the 5 star reviews seem to be by the staff.

bought a bike unseen had it delivered 1 years warranty 2003 bike, had coolant leak, rear brakes not working full mot too , i would not ever buy another bike unseen or from this rip off dealer i gave them the chance to repair it went back and still came back to be with a fuel leak, and the brakes are still horrific . they refuse to refund me after the bikes done 3 miles only since i bought it
Went to Newent,their new premises
Went to Newent, their new premises, very impressed. Tuesday 15 April my second visit intending to buy a bike took a seasoned biker with me,we were both bolled over by the amount of stock and the helpfulness of all the staff. Buying the bike couldn't have been easier, every stage was explained in detail,am looking forward to getting back in the saddle, would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bike or accessories, cheers Andy
Think twice
The salesmen are very friendly and helpful when they are after a sale and your money. They will promise you the world but you don't even get Skegness. The so called 52 point check means less than nothing, for them it is a paper exercise. The bike clearly was not inspected, fluids are low with the rear brake reservoir almost empty, oil black, coolant low and delivered with a clear fault showing on the dash. Also damage to the bike that is not declared via the show room images is brushed under the carpet. The communication is so poor for 'aftersales service' and the impression that nobody cares is evident, we have your money now so who cares. The delivery drivers are cool though but as for the rest, shop elsewhere.
Bike was rusty
Bike was rusty. It looks like it had been left outside for months. When we went back they did seem to store a lot of bikes outside. The bike had many faults. I would avoid this place.
Friendly staff
Friendly staff, not too overbearing, told me everything I needed to know in the first minute, then left to let me make my own decision, more sales need this approach, did buy bike after having time to think
I have had the bike for only 3 months
I have had the bike for only 3 months, and this is now the third time it has had to be returned because it does not work. The last time, you kept the bike for a full month to repair it, and when I finally got it back, it only worked for 2 days before breaking down again.
This is completely unacceptable. I have paid for a bike that I am barely able to use, and I am also paying insurance for something that is not even in my possession most of the time. I am literally losing money because of this situation.
Additionally, your communication has been very poor. I rarely receive replies to my messages and always have to chase updates myself. This has made the whole experience even more frustrating.
I would like this issue resolved urgently.
Hears one 4all don't trust this lot…
Hears one 4all don't trust this lot sold me a Aprilla tuono v2 as advertised when i went to insure it was told by the insurance company that it was a rsv Aprilla. On the invoice forgot to put the model. And on further inspection it had welded front fork leg.dont get caught like I did
Buying a bike could not be easier
Buying a bike could not be easier. I found the bike I had been looking for, I was offered a great deal on my part exchange, and Robbo is a super guy to deal with. I was genuinely speechless when I saw the setup, it is very impressive.
Highly recommend.
We ordered 2 bikes from Motorbikes 4 All. The whole process was super easy. We live in Nottingham & they offered us discounted delivery because we were buying 2 bikes.
It was during when they moved & we were told it would take longer. We did ring up to chase the bikes after 3 weeks as we were going away & credit to them, they made it priority to get our bikes through & delivered within 48 hours.
The bikes arrived in perfect condition, with all the right paperwork, couldn’t be happier. Would definitely use again.
Now let’s talk delivery…..Olly our delivery driver rang before he arrived, we met him outside, he’s the friendliest guy you could ever meet. Now as a woman, there things can be intimidating but Olly really was a top bloke, he was very professional, got the bikes out with ease & put them in our garage, he went over a few things with me & made sure everything was ok & asked if I had any questions, he made the whole process so much easier & was super helpful….just an all round nice guy, credit to the company. Thanks Olly, appreciate your help.

I usually take reviews with a pinch of salt, and I’ll admit I can be overly cautious and suspicious about services these days — especially with all the social media hype and AI spin. But I’ve just part-exchanged two bikes for my dream machine, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed.
The price they offered was better than the usual online national bandits, and the service was spot on. Robbo, who sold me my new bike, treated me like a mate — not because he was trying to make a sale, but because he’s a genuine biker himself. Straight up, no nonsense.
What I really want to get across is that these guys are the real deal: a proper local business with great stock, zero waffle, and total trustworthiness. A real find. THANKS
A pleasure to deal with
These guys make choosing and buying a bike a breeze! Great selection, great prices and great customer service. What more can you ask for.
Excellent company! Excellent Range of Bikes! Excellent Customer service!
Bought my bike from this company, went to collect my bike and have to say the customer service I received from start to end has been amazing… I wish I had of asked the gentleman’s name (40+ & muscly) but he came to pick me up from the station due to transport issues, was met with a smile had an entertaining chat on the way to the dealership and he even helped me fix an attachment to my bike I had brought along and directed me for my route home . Top Top service I travelled from London to get it and will do it again and honestly will recommend to anyone I know who wants a bike.
The stock of bikes they have are great as well as protective clothing etc!
Part exchange bike
Just great, the chap who collected my px bike and dropping off new bike was awesome. The new bike, delivered almost showroom condition (26 yr old bike) looking like a masterpiece. Great communication, would highly recommend.
Initially a good service
Initially a good service, typical salesmen (who was lovely to be fair) had no problem taking a deposit within the same call I enquired about a bike they had, which I pushed to the next day. These guys were lenient about my situation with a payout which was also quite nice! To note they also offered a valve clearance at a very good rate should I have wanted it after raising concern with the mileage.
My first problem was trying to be sold on what I think was a third party warranty they offered for about £600 for 3 years or £500 at point of sale, digging into this a lot of people thought the cover was comprehensive but a lot of problems regarding what was defined as wear and tear and other problems with the service, generally didn’t seem great and was warned about none of that.
My other main issue that stopped me from purchasing the bike is that after the deposit was down and invoice sent over, I asked for the service log and a video of the bike. (The service log was sent over).
After a few days back and fourth of asking for the video and being told it would be the next day or so, I gave up emailing thinking it would never come. About 6 days with no emails, I got fed up and said I would no longer be purchasing the bike.
Sure enough after under just 2 hours of sending that email I got one back with a video. It’s important to be fair here so I will admit a different staff member tried to ring me during the time but it was regarding finalising the sale of the bike listening to the voice mail.
Even after saying I would no longer be interested I received more calls and another email to which I think they’ve finally taken it off the system.

Leaving a review because A) these guys are my go to dealership and general bike store and B) Ben really saved my backside today and sorted me out some L plates for my mod 1 test this morning. THANKYOU so much!! I was so stressed this morning as it was the one thing I forgot and they sorted it for me with no hassle and didnt even want any money for it. I did pass by the way!
