Chris was great from start to finish explained everything each time i put a deposit of money in he let me know straight away we got the train up on day of purchase Chris picked us up at the station and drove us the 40 minute journey to see the moterhome very friendly on the way up made you feel at ease from start to finish on arriving we had a look round the van then went inside where we were shown everything working and he answered all our questions after that he asked us if we would like to purchase the van if not he would put our money back in our account and run us back to the station we then bought the van Chris then changed over the documents to my name and road taxed the van for us he then sorted out our warranty it was a pleasure dealing with Chris and will do so again with no hesitation

the moment we made the first call to Chris Byers in Scotland we felt at ease.
This is the first time we have purchased a vehicle blind we normally like to look and touch the van but after looking at the pictures and having 3 video calls we new this was the van for us.nothing was to much trouble.
Chris arranged a price for delivery that was very fair.
On the day of pickup he video called us again,with another walk around and inside, introduced us to the driver who also kept us informed of his journey.
