It’s easy to be sceptical about leasing brokers as “middle men” but when the job is well done it is the real added value in the process of leasing a car. For a comparatively small fee in relation to the overall cost of the lease (about 1% in my case) Motorlet was the only point of contact I had and were exceptionally good at the job. Customer service that is not only very fast to react and respond (sometimes literally within the hour on emails) but which anticipates client needs and provides information and updates unprompted is a rare thing in any business and deserves all the credit it can get. A special mention is due to Customer Service Manager Wendy John.

Great service as always. This is our second car through Motorlet and we will definitely use them again. Selecting a car was easy and we had plenty of choices to suit our budget.

The whole process was straightforward from arranging the pick up of our old car and the delivery of our new one. We received lots of updates and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Especially Wendy who always kept us updated.

Just taken delivery of my new Lexus NX 450h+ and can’t speak highly enough of Rob and Wendy who looked after me from MotorLet and have done a terrific job. All questions have been answered quickly and factually and the proactive contact from Rob identified a new leasing company at the 11th hour just to save me even more before the deal was finalised. Meanwhile Wendy kept regular contact in a very friendly but always professional manner, answering even the smallest of questions. I would recommend Motorlet to anyone but mainly due to Rob and Wendy.
