Great choice of cars, very good service from good people. However there were issues transferring my private registration which because of the delay involved I incurred and extra £150.00 cost!

Was welcomed by Jordan as I entered he explained the layout of the showroom and outside and left me to have a good look around no pushy sales talk like other dealerships, after a look around and seeing the car I went to view he talked me through everything I needed to know.

I recently bought a car from Motorpoint and wanted to say a huge thank you to Megan for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. She was friendly, helpful, professional, and never once made me feel pressured into buying anything.
What really stood out was how she went above and beyond to help me. During my test drive, the car I was originally planning to buy was actually sold, but Megan quickly thought on her feet and found me an alternative vehicle that turned out to be even better than the one I was about to pay for!
Her customer service, quick thinking, and genuine approach made all the difference. Megan is a real asset to Motorpoint and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a new car.
