This was my first ever car purchase, and decided to go with Motorpoint after a friend had a positive experience.

Booking a viewing was very easy, and was given the keys to look around and test out the vehicle i had booked the viewing for. I was completely left alone, and did not feel any pressure to hurry up, make a decision, or hounded by sales reps.

After i made up my mind that i was going to purchase the car, the team were very helpful and knowledgeable, and within no time at all, i was able to drive away with my newly purchased vehicle.

I bought my new car from Motorpoint, the service I received was excellent. Nik was very helpful, I would recommend anyone using them.

The car sale top hole but the cars are not checked tight enuff as faulty cars are sold that the need lots of repair work or changing as they are in to poor a condition

My second purchase from Motorpoint and what a great shopping experience. The customer service was great and i found the exact car that I was looking for at an amazing price. There was no pressure selling, nothing was forced on me and felt like I was in control of the whole the process.

Saw a car I was interested in online, left them an email to call me which they did the very next day. Had a chat about a few cars and I reserved one (with Christopher) to go and look at. Was treated very well on the phone and in the store. Actually loved the car, bought it and part exchanged mine. No fuss, just good service from Chloe. Drove it home the same day. All done very quickly and am very pleased with the service and the car. Would definitely use them again (but am so pleased with this car I hope not for a very long time).
