Friendly and helpful staff! Not pushy at all

Very easy process and helpful.

Helpful, friendly and non pushy sales guy. Got what I came to buy without hassle all was quick and easy. Highly recommend. The team were knowledgable and professional.

They could have checked the car better I don’t think the looked under the bonnet the oil was low so was the windshield washer one tyre wanted air I think all about rushed to get it ready waiting about one and a half hour over our appointment

Great service from Marko and Ellie. Initially spoke to Marko a few months back but personal circumstances didn’t make it possible to go ahead at the time, but when things changed I contacted Marko again and he was very helpful. I popped in unexpectedly without an appointment and he made time to see me, listened to what I wanted and was not pushy at all. There was a slight delay in getting a refund I was owed but again Marko sorted this promptly and I’m really happy with the new car. Ellie was also great at handover stage, she was so friendly and chatty and took the time to answer any questions I had. Thanks everyone!

Just bought a car and met Chris Mortimer, senior sales executive at Maidstone, he helped me with so much information about the car I bought and made it so easy with the paperwork, definitely 10/10

We had to take back as no wheel locking socket. Had to book into ford main dealer to rectify. No timed appointment just leave with them. Having to use bus to get home and back to collect. Had not been valeted properly. Re done. Still water in glove compartment. Not brilliant. Very disappointed. A promise of carpets. So far none. They were so helpful during the buying process and could not of been more helpful. Issues are now resolved. Carpets have arrived and refund for wheel locking bolt socket received. Still having to have a spare key from Haynes who have quoted £300 to £400. My husband has parkinson and is worried without a spare which was not supplied on collection. Thank you motorpoint for reply to my review. It would be nice if we could be compensated by helping with cost of spare key.

Steer clear of this place. The experience was chaotic from the moment I walked in. They weren’t prepared for my arrival, kept me waiting, and then presented a car that was filthy and covered in damage. I couldn’t trust that any of it would be sorted, so I asked for my deposit back and left. Customer service was nonexistent, and the whole operation felt like a production line for cars rather than a business that values its customers.

The staff were great. They were helpful, polite and friendly. The facility is lovely and we love the car we purchased.

Found staff very helpful and most important not pushy like a lot of garages, so full marks for that,also car reasonable priced. The only fault l found was when l got home there was no sealent in the tyre motor bag, but again motorpoint sorted that, but overall very pleased.

Bought a used car from their Maidstone branch yesterday and have to say it was brilliant. No hard sell, great part exchange and the manager, Chris Mortimer was very knowledgeable, factual and to top it all was a very nice guy.
If you need a car then this is the place to go.

Amazing from start to finish. Popped in to “look” at a car I’d seen online arranged a test drive the next day. Fin was a fabulous co pilot on my test drive super chatty and brilliant at his job!

Chris was also absolutely fantastic explained everything to me from start to finish went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct, allowed me time to process the information shared with me and didn’t rush me at all he made sure everything was as it should be arranged for the mot on the car I was buying to be done the next day.

Over all my experience was fabulous I popped out to pick up loo roll on my way back from a test drive but actually came home with a new car and forgot said loo roll!

Would I recommend motorpoint absolutely YES

They gave me time to think there was no hard sell

They allowed me to go off on a test drive no pressure take your time

They explained absolutely everything at each stage

They stuck to price of my online valuation of my car that I was trading

Arranged an MOT on a quick turnaround

Super friendly staff that were more then happy to help everyone I met from reception the sales team and the mechanic teams were amazing

When I purchase my next car motorpoint will be my first port of call in the distant future….I am having far too much fun in the car I purchased to even think about new cars anytime soon 😄 bit when I do I’ll be back at motorpoint
