so many cars to choose from, paid a deposit, arranged to collect, everything went smoothly. all staff were very friendly and professional. every car in the car park were sparkling clean.

This was our first experience of Motorpoint and it was great. From help finding the right car, arranging finance, and the final handover the whole experience was seamless.
It was also a pleasure dealing with Lauren who for a young lady was very knowledgeable, and made us feel at ease.

Went to the Newport centre Wales for about 12noon and they took away my car. After about 20 mins the gay came back and said the online valuation is correct and if you agree the money will be in the bank in just a few minutes. That was Friday and now its Tuesday and still no money despite a phone call, an app chat and 2 emails to Lewis the assistant manager. Feeling very ignored and worried its a 15k car and I need the cash.

I messaged through the website to book a test drive and was contacted by Owen who arranged a test drive at a time that was suitable for me. I contacted him again to change the time which was not a problem and the car was ready to test drive when I arrived. There was no pressure to buy the car and Owen was on hand to answer any questions my husband and I had. I was part exchanging my car and that went as smoothly as purchasing my new car. Excellent service from start to finish.

Friendly staff,good prices and good part exchange.

The initial contact was at times frustrating, dealing with different people.
Trying to move a vehicle was fairly easy when I asked if motorpoint wanted to sell the car.
The actual collection of the car in time allocation needs to be longer.
I spent the following three days on Utube finding things out that should have been explained at the dealership.

Chose a car on the day and picked it up a 2 days later

Bought a BMW 1 series earlier from Motorpoint from Edwin Ricci, a first class salesman who was a pleasure to deal with. The process was very quick and easy . His manager was also fantastic resolving a minor issue for me, no thanks to customer service!.
