Good service and prices great

From help with choosing the car Sachin was great and then the chap from Coventry took us through final paperwork when picking up the car it was all an excellent service that id recommend to anyone

I had a great experience at Motorpoint Oldbury. The staff were pleasant, professional, and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and I highly recommend them if you're looking to buy a car.

From the very start of my visit to this site, almost all of my encounters were welcoming friendly, helpful, respectful, professional, I had from senior staff, and salespeople the best service I could have had, A big thank you to Motorpoint Oldbury, Won’t be forgotten experience 👏.

1st time ever going to Motorpoint, it was very professional, the whole experience of buying a car was smooth, enjoyable and easy, would highly recommend Motorpoint.

I went to Motorpoint Oldbury for a value on my toyota yaris as me and my Daughter were both looking for a new car . Without even looking at it the salesman valued my yaris at £7500, I then went to Arnold Clark Oldbury , their salesman checked my car from end to end and valued it at £10000.! no point in Motorpoint , not until they get a new sales manager .

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

My Step Son purchased a vehicle 10 days ago. Within days the gear box was making strange noises. Booked the vehicle into Motorpoint to get looked at. They came back and said nothing was wrong, so he went down to Motorpoint and got 2 staff to sit in the car (they recorded the noises coming from the car). Motorpoint haver now come back and said nope nothing wrong with vehicle (Basically telling him to eff off not their problem).

COMPLETE BUNCH OF SCAMMERS - WILL BE TAKING THEM TO OMBUDSMAN, BBC WATCHDOG, LOCAL NEWS.

They are happy to take thousands of £'s but unwilling but aftersales is a complete joke

Helpful, Efficient and Courteous

The salesman was polite and friendly but a little too pushy at the beginning when we first got there. Also when i came to collect the vehicle i was dealt with a different salesman but on the whole a good experience.

Great experience from start to finish.
No hard sell from the sales staff, professional & knowledgeable.
Excellent communication every step of the way. Best price at Motorpoint for part exchange and unbeatable price for car purchased.

He is excellent at his job, he always listens to the customer and understands the customers needs. Sam at the oldbury store was great. His customer service top notch. He was very patient and helpful, not forceful at all.
