account I what the purchase entailed.

Motorpoint provided me excellent service and found me the best in my budget that suited my needs. It felt like everyone was there to support eachother and it made the car buying experience seamless and easy!

Motorpoint are not pushy or over bearing and genuinely want to help you get the car at a value for money price.
They also offer a comprehensive support packages which may or may not be what you need but they do listen
Hand over is a pleasant experience and honesty from head off is helpful when you have had chance to study your package overall really good thank you Motorpoint.

Very disappointed with my experience.

I purchased my Honda Civic from Motorpoint on 30 April 2026 and paid £1,249 for an extended warranty. I subsequently discovered an issue concerning the manufacturer’s wet-belt maintenance requirement and raised this with Motorpoint.

More importantly, I did not receive the full extended-warranty information when I purchased the vehicle. On 2 June I had to contact Motorpoint specifically to ask how the warranty worked because I had received no information explaining it. I was subsequently sent a one-page document containing telephone numbers and a reference to the terms and conditions, rather than the full warranty documentation.

Motorpoint has now rejected my complaint and is relying on the 30-day cancellation period, despite the fact that I had not been provided with the warranty information I needed to understand the product and its cancellation terms.

I have been told that any refund enquiry should now be directed to the warranty administrator, while Motorpoint has also said it will not enter into further correspondence with me. I am therefore pursuing the matter through the appropriate complaints/ADR process.
At this stage, I cannot recommend
Motorpoint based on my experience.

The company and the staff was amazing they was very helpful went I was looking at cars they did not once come up to me and ask me what iam Iooking for WHAT WAS VARY GOOD they just let you walk around and it was lovely went I pick a car went to see some one and adam was very nice and helpful cannt wish for a better service

Great service from start to finish. The member of staff who dealt with me was friendly, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I was able to take the car for a spin without being accompanied and he suggested a really easy route for me to take. I was able to take the car home with me the same day however I opted to pick it up the following day. The collection process went smoothly and I would definitely visit again when looking to purchase my next car.

The process was very easy & straight forward.
I saw the car I wanted on their website, but it was in a different location.
They got the vehicle brought across, I inspected it, had a test drive & bought it there & then.
The car was a fair price & they gave me a decent trade in price for my vehicle, so it was win win.
I have used Motorpoint in the past & they have always been honest & straight forward

No pressure to buy a car whatsoever, we were left to view to vehicle and when we needed help the very friendly staff were not far away. A very pleasant experience to buying a newer used car.

The best experience of buying a car by far. Helpful, not pushy staff. Did not try to sell us something we didn't want or need. The whole process was dealt with in a speedy, honest and professional manner. Would definitely recommend Motorpoint.

The initial contact was friendly and we were able to check out cars with no pressure.
Once we decided on a car we went through details with Brandon White and were allowed more space with a hold fee while we checked things out.
Purchasing was a step by step process and smooth on the day helped by other staff.

From being greeted to driving off in our new car, me and my wife were served and looked after brilliantly by three friendly Motorpoint staff.

Our salesperson gave us exactly the information we required and quickly presented the financial options on a couple of cars we’d chosen. We were trading in our car and felt the price we got was very reasonable. After test driving, we went away to make a decision over a quick lunch. The relaxed atmosphere at Motorpoint made us feel comfortable going at our own pace.

Once decided, another staff member took us through the financial paperwork smoothly. The whole process through to handover of our new car keys was straightforward and the staff were a pleasure to be with. Motorpoint give great customer service - we’d highly recommend them.

The whole process was very straightforward and simple. I was kept up to date throughout. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was no pressure to buy at any point.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I just wanted to use this opportunity to mention how amazing the service was, from the very beginning to the end we were welcomed with open arms and treated with respect, the overall energy of the establishment was great. We were left to our devices which helped to remove the pressure of it all and when ready with questions they were all answered very quickly. I’d like to mention Liam Harrison who served us and ultimately sold us our car, James who also approached us with great customer service, Adam who issued us a courtesy car to get home when there were delays, the manager (apologies whose named I forgot) was very understanding and helpful when discussing numbers. There was also a lady and gentlemen who served us the first day we came down to look at cars (apologies again I forgot their names) but they were very good as well and set the tone from the beginning

Overall myself and my wife are very pleased and have sung your praises and recommended you to a few friends already.

I hope this is the start of a long relationship and I hope to purchase any future cars from you
