I paid £199 to reserve a kuga and Motorpoint said it would be deliver to my nearest showroom, in around 2 weeks , but 2 days later I changed my mind and they now refuse to give back the £199 because they decided to deliver early than the date they gave me , absolute disgusted and I am taking it further , robbers so don’t trust them with your deposit ,

Apologies for the miscommunication regarding the deposit, at point of sale you would have been advised by our Sales Executive that the 199 is a non refundable transport fee as our cars are moved by a third party company. The transport job is arranged as soon as you pay the deposit.

Great no hassle sales team which I really appreciate. I was dealt with by Jake who offered all the usual extras, mats, protection etc but didn't hard sell or pressurize me. I was offered a decent price for my car with the minimum of fuss. The sales process was very straightforward and the handover/pickup was dealt with professionally by Vaughan. Would have been a 5 star review but not convinced the car had been valeted or cleaned properly. The body was dusty and the engine bay was full of old dried leaves from where it had been stored (not Widnes i think) and was dirty. Otherwise I love the car and the sales/pickup service and staff were 5 star.
