Motorscan Reviews

I've used the service twice now as it great value for money whilst give reassurance of a vehicles history

Far more thorough than hpicheck as this picked up Salvage which the other one didn’t. This will be my go-to for used cars from now on (and for a cheaper price too!)

So quick to receive all the information required to enable us to make an informed decision in relation to the car we were considering purchasing. The report meant we saved time and expense in going to view a vehicle that proved to be unsuitable. Well worth the money!

Very comprehensive and accurate.

Very useful, thank you. It flagged up that the car, bought from a 'group', had outstanding finance on it which put me into free fall!
This was labelled as 'Unit Stocking' which didn't mean anything to me - turned out it wasn't anything to be concerned about but it gave me a scare.
Some explanation of terms used, for the uninitiated may be a useful addition.

Kind regards -

Simple to set up and good information

I’ve been considering buying a use camper-van and this website is very useful, I did pay £10 to get the full history for a vehicle but I do think that is a little steep. I’m using the free search until I find something I’m certain I want to buy

I got a FAIL on a Campervan I’m buying…apparently it had outstanding finance (it didn’t)….the telephone number suggested to ring was also out of date. I therefore can’t rate highly, because I cannot be confident in any of the information the report provided, sorry.

Friendly helpful sfaff, gave me exactly wot i wanted, money in bank within minutes, would highly recommed

Piece of mind, for such a small fee.

Good service and worth £10 just to be sure !

Managed to spot fake ad on autotrader. Brilliant service

Brilliant report , worth every penny , £10 worth of piece of mind , a must for anyone buying a second hand vehicle

It was easy to navigate the Motorscan site, with very helpful headings to guide you through the process of collecting a vehicles data and evidence regarding a cars history. I would have liked a clearer reference to the reason for the collection of my personal data for insurance and MOT purposes.

Accurate and detailed report, Saved me buying a clocked car (24,000 miles)

Very informative, found all the information I needed to now before I made a purchase 👍

Information I received was easy to read and understand and all that was required.

Very helpful thanks
