I had a thoroughly positive experience buying my fabulous BMW convertible from Joe. He was very upfront and honest with no hideous sales pressure. As I bought the car unseen in person, Joe sent me photographs and videos, highlighting any issues and confirming that all would be sorted which they were. He answered my many, many sometimes quirky questions in super quick time. Joe organised delivery and the car arrived in immaculate condition and so far I haven’t had any issues, just a beautiful convertible to whizz around in, in this fine sunshine we are enjoying! I was given all the options ranging from just the car to the premium package. Ben even stayed in contact with me on his days off and reserved the car as soon as I was ready.
