The 6 plants arrived promptly and in excellent condition! The Blue Chalk plant was a bit rough looking, droopy and wilted. A little water and a good night's sleep and now he looks great! I highly recommend Mountain Crest Gardens. The prices were reasonable also.

As a first-time buyer, I was a little nervous ordering succulents all the way from California to New York, especially when the shipment was slightly delayed. I was concerned about how they would arrive, but I couldn't be happier! Every succulent was in perfect condition—beautifully packed, healthy, and with strong, well-established roots. It's obvious the seller takes great care in preparing each order. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be purchasing again!

Ordered two (was max allowed) of a plant, they only sent one, but I still had to pay full shipping. They never gave me a chance to cancel the part order.

Never got the plant. Received a refund instead. Have no idea why.

All my plants were in great shape. They pack them very well. I'm very satisfied!

The pictures does not represent what you will receive. I got a 100 half dead, wilted, beaten down plants that were supposed to be in 2" pots and rooted in soil. The soil was dust which had fallen out during transit leaving bare roots. Many with broken stems and leaves. With so many online retailers in this category, one has to wonder how they stay in business with such a poor quality of product. I will not buy from them again.

ZERO customer service. NO ability to speak to a person; if you call you have to leave a voice mail. I requested numerous times via email and text to speak with a person; I was told there is no way to speak to a person. I will not order from them ever again. The ability to talk to a person is customer service 101.

Wasn't impressed with the tiny cuttings you sent. Not the varieties. You've done much better in the past.

The plants I received didn’t look anything like the pictures on the website. I’m so disappointed as they were a birthday gift for my daughter.

All good with the order. They just need to make sure that at the time of shipment the plants and substrate are not wet to prevent rot.
Although the pachyphytum I bought arrived with many fallen leaves and rotted, the plant itself arrived quite well. The other plants arrived in perfect condition.
