I recently sold my house through move2here, and they handled a really complex, long property chain exceptionally well. Gwyn was incredibly responsive, keeping me updated every step and chasing solicitors and other parties to keep things moving smoothly. This was far better than my experiences with other estate agents. Highly recommend them.

Move 2 Here handled both the sale of our old house and purchase of our new house. We can honestly say that Gwyn and Berian go above and beyond. We had a long chain which inevitably ended up with some complications, but Gwyn always confidently handled these issues and ensured that the sale went through. Move2here have helped me to find suitable tenants through their rigorous vetting procedures, and now manage my properties, relieving me of all the headaches for a very modest management fee. I engaged Move2Here earlier this year to sell an ex rental property. It was marketed promptly, with good photography and we had early interest, albeit the 1st offer turned out to be from a time waster. A new buyer was found quickly and the sale was completed successfully. Gwyn and Berian are always available by phone only WhatsApp and take on board the needs of their clients. Gwyn also sold a rental for us a few years ago and was excellent from start to end.
