I would just like to leave this review to say a massive thank you to everyone at move residential, everyone knows moving house can be stressful but the extra help of the team especially Rachel and Alex was second to none!! They was always there to answer any questions and made sure the whole process moved as well as possible…. Well done, and Thankyou…

Alex and Rachel were our main contacts during the purchase and sale of respective homes. They were absolutely brilliant- Alex went over and above to find a buyer for us and Rachel guided us through the sale and purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. Both were amazing and I would highly recommend Move Residential.
The whole procedure was flawless.

A perfect experience with Move Residential from the beginning to the end of my house sale.
Everything was dealt with in a professional, knowledgeable and caring way.
Garry Walker was incredible, efficient and so kind, nothing was ever a problem.

I moved to Move Residential after a few months of being with a different estate agent
I found them to be very professional they knew how to deal with my situation as I have power of attorney because of my mother’s condition they were very understanding and very helpful
I found the app brilliant I could keep looking at it to see who had booked an Appointment who’d viewed it. What their feedback was, whether they wanted to ask any questions so this made life much easier for myself.
The team were so helpful and kept me informed at all times. They also did all of viewings for me because I work and live further away from my mum‘s house.
All in all, I would definitely recommend them to help you have a smooth and less stressful time selling a house

Excellent service from Move Residential from start to finish The staff were extremely helpful throughout!

I decided to go with Move Residential even though they were they most expensive to sell with, as I thought they were reputable. They advised of price - completed photos. We decided to go for a pre viewing to test the waters before it went live, as the agent advised he had 6 people wanting to view houses like mine in my area. My husband took time off work day beforehand to get straight, I had my children minded, got the house ready and prepped. NO-ONE arrived no agent no people ( I didn’t want to do the viewings ) I called the agents mobile- no answer , after an hour eventually I got through to the office , who knew absolutely nothing about the viewings and he only knew of maybe one person who maybe interested in our type of house!!!!! After the weekend I received a call from the agent advising he had left instructions and it was arranged but they were not followed up correctly ???? He then offered my half percentage reduction. (Still more expensive than anyone else) . I question why he said there was 6 people interested , was it all a sham to get me signed up with them??? My time , my husbands and logistics was challenging for us . How would I know if 6 people came ? I wasn’t doing the viewings. Please be very aware of what they are selling you !!!! Check everything !!!! My experience - untrustworthy .

Terrible communication when trying to book house viewings, despite emailing and calling several times. They make booking a viewing an extremely difficult task and do not keep you in the loop. The most unprofessional estate agents I have dealt with yet. We missed out on a potential house that we were keen on bidding for because of this incompetence, so I would think twice about using them to sell with.

Kostas from the Prenton Office and Antony from the Heswall Office have both been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our first time buying process 😀 From the 1st viewing up until and after picking up the keys only after 6 weeks, they have both been on hand to help us navigate the journey and with such friendly demeanor and professionalism. Whilst also navigating a stressful personal journey as well, both Kostas and Antony have been supportive and nothing was too much trouble for either of them. We wish you all the best and will find it hard to compare the seamless journey we have experienced should we ever find ourselves going through the process again. Absolutely amazing ❤️

I had an excellent experience selling and buying a house with Move Residential. Rob K was the reason I went with this company over the other estate agents around, and I was not disappointed. He did everything he said he would do which was really important to me. I felt like there was trust and no bullsh*t with him. He seemed to really care about me as a customer and really helped me through each stage. Anthony was also amazing as he supported me through the process. I would highly recommend Move Res, specifically because of these 2 people.

I sold a property through Move Residential and was very disappointed with the service.

They were on a fixed price commission and leant heavily on me to accept a lowball offer from the first person who had viewed the property on the first day of viewings, which I had to be very firm in refusing.

Once an acceptable offer had been agreed, they unfortunately persuaded the buyer to use their "preferred solicitor". Anyone who has watched the documentaries on this practice can imagine how that went.

Move Residential subsequently did little or nothing to manage the sale process through. I did not receive any pro-active contact from them. When I tried to contact them, I found it extremely difficult to get through and more often than not, they did not reply to phone messages, texts or emails.

In the end, I gave up trying to communicate with them and just paid my solicitor for the work they had to do chasing and managing the process.

Left 4 messages for them over a week on Rightmove asking to view a house. Couldn't be bothered responding to any of them.

Our first experience with move residential was not what we were promised. They mixed up viewings, booked our second viewing into the bungalow across the street. I hade to chance up feedback on a viewing and only then did they notice their wrong doing.
The branch manager also failed to complete our formal complaint. Still to this date I have not had any feedback in regards to it.

Once we had moved on to the sales progression team. Antony was amazing. Chasing up our long chain, finding out information to keep all other agent in different properties on track. He must of been sick of the phone calls off us, trying to get a move in date. Eventually he managed to get everything in a line and complete for us. Luckily Antony salvaged our experience, so we would give him the 4 stars. We thank you.

While I have experienced a difficult process due to the inconsistency of my buyers, Move Residential staff, particularly Antony, have been exemplary. They have consistently kept me updated and gone over and above to ensure that I had the best possibility of securing a sale. While this didn't work out for me this time as the property I was purchasing fell through and I have taken my property off the market, I will definitely use Move Residential when I am ready to sell again.

Sales progression following acceptance of an offer was excellent

What a complete shambles of an estate agent, spoke to them 2 days about viewing house in Liverpool, after the 3rd degree from them and saying they would need a guarantor as well( I'm a full time nurse on £26000 year) we made arrangements view today, she knew I lived in st Helens, waited 15 minutes, no one arrived, rang them and they said the property, with sorry or explanation why I wasn't informed as on looking at the property the pictures where manipulated as the house inside and out was a sh^$#hole. Terrible service. Terrible staff and a waste of fuel and time. DO NOT USE 😡😡😡

I had a great experience with Move Residential, with Kostas overseeing the sale of my property. It was marketed very well, and within the first week of launch we had around 25 viewings and 3 different parties offering on the property. Kostas managed communication so well with the interested parties and myself, leading to a final agreed sale which was well over asking price. It was a quick and easy process from start to finish.
