AVOID this company!
My partner ordered a trolley and I was sent the wrong size floor base for it. I contacted the company and sent photos and they agreed it was wrong and they would send a new one out and it would arrive what should have been last Friday. I asked for a discount on the product for the inconvenience as this was supposed to be used for a holiday I was going on. They agreed and asked how much I would I would like refunded. When I asked for 30% off the product I was ignored and still haven’t been sent the new floor, a week later. If they weren’t happy with the 30% they should have responded with an amount they were happy with. I have since sent several messages about the incorrect floor and I am now asking to return the trolley completely due to the ignorance and still not having the correct floor and my messages keep being read and ignored. So I now have spent £100 on a trolley with a floor that is far too small and doesn’t fit.There seems to be several reviews about missing and incorrect parts being sent. So unprofessional!

We used a trolley purchased via Amazon, for a festival and the wheel buckled after 5 mins use. On return we contacted MoverX to ask if we could possibly have a new wheel. Within hours I received a very positive response apologising and asking for photos which I sent and within a few hours another response offerering a new set of wheels. I had an amazing response from Rosie who arranged a dispatch the same day for next day delivery. The best customer service I have ever received . Thank you Rosie from MoverX you were amazing and very understanding.

I had an issue with a faulty screw for the gymnastics bar I purchased through the moverX team. Rosie was extremely efficient and helpful. She replied to my emails very quickly and swiftly resolved my issue. Great customer service.

Great Trolley . Game changer when you’re out with numerous kids with huge amount of stuff!

Love love love my MoverX trolley - used it this weekend at Boomtown and it worked fantastically well.
Saw lots of other types & makes that had died on the way, but not my mine. The big wheels kept on turning & it handled the dusty tracks and chunky stones like a dream.
It then was brilliant when I set up camp as used it with the tabletop so I could tidily store stuff both above and below.
Great product, will be recommending to all my Oxfam festival Steward friends!

First time used today. We got good experience . Lets see how it goes.. assembly was too easy.

Quick delivery. Easy to purchase and looks easy to use. Looking forward to testing it in a couple of weeks. A friend has one already that I have previously used, but I wanted my own one!

I had problems with delivery by DPD of my trolley - left at an unknown location. Rosie of Customer Support was great. She offered to send a second trolley without fuss and did what she could from her end but DPD again delivered it to the wrong address
Finally the trolleys were located by near neighbours and the second trolley has been donated to our local beekeeping association to aid their carrying of gear to shows, talks etc
Great customer service!

Absolute joke of a company. I was warned in reviews that they don't send all the pieces and then fob you off and that is exactly what they have done. No table bit and claiming thats not what I bought when ive provided screenshot after screenshot of my order. I even recieved the pins for the table. Why would I need the pins if it wasnt 'the table version'?! Angry is an understatement

I bought a mover x trolley and it was delivered within 48 hours fantastic service. The trolley was to big so I contacted them. They arranged my return via DPD and refunded my money very quickly. I then ordered a smaller on and received it within 48 hours. Excellent service.

I absolutely love the tabletop wagon I bought from this company. Initially, the wrong one was sent out to me but customer services have been brilliant and swiftly sent out the correct one and asked that I drop off the other one at a DPD depot. Well, the nearest one is a 2 hour round trip which I said wasnt going to happen and i asked if i could I send via Royal Mail. They replied saying they dont use Royal Mail but I was welcome to return it that way and inform them of the tracking number and they would refund the cost seeing as it was their error. Sure enough I emailed the ref number and the next day I received an email from them to say they had refunded me.
I couldn't be happier with the product and the service so I have just gone ahead and ordered a rain cover for my wagon.

We have just come back from Kendal Calling festival where we used our 200L trolley for the first time, it's proved to be an excellent buy, it's sturdy, robust and really easy to handle. It dealt with the terrain well, covering smooth roadways, rough track and rough course grass.
Overall an excellent buy

The delivery service is quick and uses reputable companies like DPD.
the product itself is well built and described, plenty spare parts are available for bits that most likely lost or easily damaged.
havent put it through its paces yet, but one of the first foldable product that fits back into the box it came in !!!

Well designed and robustly made. My first outings with it as a musician's trolley were successful.

I bought the MoverX Heavy Duty Rucksack and it’s easily one of the best bags I’ve owned. There’s loads of space and I can finally fit pretty much everything I need into one bag. The waterproof material is a big plus and the different ways you can carry it. I’ve already used it for travelling and it just makes everything so much easier. No more trying to carry three bags through the airport full of stress...:) Honestly, I can’t recommend this bag enough. If you travel a lot or you’re constantly carrying loads of gear like me, just get one. It’s made my life so much easier and I’d buy it again without thinking twice. 100% recommended!

ARRIVED ON TIME AND AS SPECIFIED VERY HAPPY WITH PRODUCT

I contacted Mover X in March this year in search of a viable way of carrying my medical equipment and personal items to go on holiday. I emailed a few times between Connor and Ed. They arranged a time for me to visit their facility to see their products before making the final purchase. On the day I Visited mover X I was met and greeted by Ed and was shown the items i had gone to view and left the same day with a suitable trolley.

The trolley has been a game changer for me and has made a lot of things a lot easier for me to do independently as a fulltime powerchair user It's definitely covered some distance already!

Great product. Great service. Sturdy and well made. Really pleased with it so far and have recommended to friends.
