MOVE Reviews

All my onboarding experience on getting an apartment was a lot better thanks to movespain. Also they were pretty caring and sweet on the day we arrived. Overall it was a great experience

Excelente servicio.

Initially , seemed great but now that here and settled, this service is way over priced for what you get.

Our experience with Leandro at MOVE was seamless. We were renting an apartment sight unseen from the US and he was very patient in explaining all the details and answering all of our questions — we had many! His English is excellent, which made things much easier for us. We would have had a hard time navigating the rental process without him. He was always very responsive and quick to follow up. We found the perfect apartment in Sevilla with his help! We would highly recommend the MOVE team and Leandro to anyone looking to relocate.

I had an an exceptional experience with MOVE during my move to Spain. From our very first contact, their team was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They provided constant support and assistance throughout the entire process, making a stressful move feel effortless. I arrived on a Thursday, and they made sure everything went smoothly so I could get the keys to my new apartment the very next day, on Friday! Leandro's service was exceptional!

Moving halfway around the world with a pet was one of the most stressful things I’ve ever done, so I decided to work with relocation specialists to help secure housing. Looking back, hiring Move Spain was one of the best decisions I made.

Renting in Spain as a foreigner can be difficult, especially as an autónomo, and I quickly realized how valuable it was to have people who understood the local market. Leandro was fantastic throughout the process. He set realistic expectations, recommended neighborhoods that would be safe and comfortable for both me and my dog, and worked hard to negotiate favorable contract terms. Most notably, he was able to negotiate rental guarantee insurance instead of the full year’s rent that many foreign tenants are asked to pay upfront, which saved me a significant amount of money.

What impressed me most was how quickly everything moved. From the start of the apartment search to signing the contract, the entire process took only two weeks.

I also want to thank Dianelys, who handled the on-the-ground support. She visited apartments, gave honest feedback, and remained incredibly flexible when my flight was rescheduled and delayed. She was there to meet us with the keys and helped us get settled in. Arriving in a new city where I didn’t know anyone, having someone knowledgeable and reliable just a message away gave me tremendous peace of mind.

Overall, my experience with Move Spain was excellent. International relocations are never simple, but Leandro, Dianelys, and the team made the process far less overwhelming. Thanks to their help, my dog and I are now happily settled in Spain and enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience working with MoveSpain on our recent move to Madrid. They were super kind, responsive, and helpful, and we ended up finding the perfect apartment for our needs. We truly could not have managed this process without their help!

Lovely smiling people which truly wanted to help in all possible ways. I had the pleasure to work with 3 of their agents when purchasing a house in Spain. Being a foreigner there were plenty of things to coordinate and organize and they made the process smoother than buying a property in my home country.

Move Spain organized everything from the property shortlisting to virtual shared cam visits, negotiations, all paperwork. arrangements, bank accounts, national identification documents, contracts, deposits, ... and 100 other bureaucratic activities.

They worked with me for more than 5 months (since I am really demanding customer) but we found the best property for our family needs in a top location, at a very affordable price.

Through the whole process we had many obstacles to overcome but their agents were super helpful, always facing the challenges with a smile and sorting things out in no time.

Really great company. I cannot recommend more. They get 6 out of 5 stars!!

Karina and her team were incredibly helpful on our recent relocation from Canada to Madrid. They helped us all the way from finding school for our son to renting a beautiful apartment in a high demand, family -friendly location in Madrid that would also accept our pet! I highly recommend them for your relocation needs ( and Nana does too!)
