I purchased this item and i still don’t have it
It only shows, they are getting ready to ship
I decided to purchase same item from another company because I wanted this item for a relative that needs to try for her problems to see if it will help asap
To my suprise this other company sends it in a week
So I emailed the MOVI, since it is not showing any signs of shipping yet
Could they stop the process and they wrote back saying no it will be ship while it has been already more than 2,5 weeks
I said ok please send me the return address and process
They gave me a some Asian address, I had no clue this was Chinese product! I would have never bought it. Al their infomercial American and it seems as this is American made. I have never had a good experience with Asian companies their products never what it seems and returning or getting them to give you a return address is he’ll. Last item I purchased post office even didn’t make sense from the address
We couldn’t send it back. Post office told me this address if it is correct will be 100$ to send with the insurance since we weren’t sure about the address and the item was only 49$ so i didn’t send it.
Do not buy from this company!! It is a scam. I do not have the item but I’m 100% sure item will not be matching to infomercial and their warranty doesn’t mean anything at all. Buyer beware!! I still don’t have this item and I don’t even know if I ever will get it. Because items from Asia comes with DHL and some arrives some comes months later
