MP Moran - Tottenham Reviews 18

I called the Tottenham branch of MP Moran yesterday in desperate need of an oddly sized shower tray I could actually pick up same day. The phone got answered quickly by Ryan. He was friendly and helpful. He went the extra mile by checking the shower tray I was about to drive 1.20hrs there and back for was actually in stock. When I arrived he and a colleague helped load it into my car and were kind and chatty. The price was very reasonable. I’d spent almost 2 hrs online the night before trying to find this item for next day pickup from over 15 companies without success. Thank you MP Moran; Ryan and colleague - as a 50+ yr old woman my week had been pants and your service and kindness turned it around. Fantastic from start to finish!

Ordered item, took 5 days to be delivered, had to keep chasing them up, very poor communication, couldn't track my parcel, won't be ordering from them again

Great store with a wide range of hardware and plumbing items. Ordered online at night and collected the next morning. Staff are very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately MP Moran Tottenham took an order for a weathering slate they didn’t have in stock, which would have been easy to pick up on my way home from work.
I was phoned a couple of days later to tell me they didn’t have the item at the Tottenham store and was told I could pick it up from another store, which was no where near my way home from work.
I ended up paying for it to be posted to me, which I feel should have been down to MP Moran as it was their mistake.

I needed a very large quantity of an unusual size of Ovolo glass bead and thought I would have to order it in from a specialist. Moran had it in all in stock for click and collect, and I could get it same day for less money with easy parking on the way to the job

First time in MP Moran, the team were great and especially Perry. He was very personable, full of knowledge and couldn’t help enough! Great first experience and would highly recommend all tradesman check them out - prices are very good too!

Perry was absolutely fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable. I only came in for a couple of small items and to see what the stock type was like, I ended up opening an account and buying some more bits and pieces.

It was my second time into the store and I am still amazed by the professionalism and help I got from the staff. I got guided to used the right products and follow the right steps for a mold door and it worked! Delivery was also impeccable. I'm a diy projects and these guys are just making my projects seem easier. Definitely my favourite diy store! Thank you!

If you ask them why they have placed large barriers to make the pedestrian walkway inaccessible they will tell you that they “own” the pavement. They have seized over 80% of the space and made the corner of two well travelled streets impassable for prams and mobility scooters.
This is what they think of you and your neighbourhood. Do not give them your business.

I called to discuss, as I was unsure of exactly what I needed. I spoke with an extremely helpful staff member who talked me through the most suitable option. The total cost was highly competitive and delivered promptly as promised. I will definitely be shopping here again.
