MPS is a top notch agency. They helped us with an Umrah package. What I liked the most is their promptness to address your concerns and question. They are almost always available (even during travel when time difference was quite a lot). They know the hotels and details of the area. The transportation company they hired locally was equally responsive and had good service.

I travelled with MPS Tours with my wife, parents and 2 small kids. The hotels which they booked were very close to Haram. They provided us connected rooms which helped us a lot. The high speed train from Medina to Makkah and English speaking umrah guide helped a lot specially with kids. Customer service provided by Brother Mohammad Sherazi and Brother Munim Raza was great. Will definitely choose them for my next umrah in December Insha Allah.
