The extra mile....
My initial order somehow got sent to the wrong depot and is still missing however I contacted Mr Bags, explained the situation and appreciated the delivery company mistake was not their issue but wanted to let them know and not sure what, if anything they could do. Mr Bags went the extra mile, they immediately sent out a replacement order, which arrived the next day. Thanks Mr Bags, great service and you never know one day the original order might appear!!
