This parcel was securely packaged before leaving our warehouse — sealed in a strong box with internal bubble wrap for protection. Unfortunately, the damage shown occurred in transit, where the courier clearly mishandled the parcel and caused the torn corner.
It’s important to note that the item itself arrived exactly as described and undamaged — only the outer transit box was affected.
We’ve already raised this matter with our Royal Mail, as this level of handling is not acceptable. Every order leaves our facility in perfect condition, and we take great care to ensure all items are packed safely and securely before dispatch.
