Mr. Rebates Reviews

Honest company with excellent customer service.

Abigail explained my question with Temu orders & how Temu accounts for my total sale. She was clear, consistent & available for any other questions or problems I encountered. Very Pleased with ABIGAIL's prompt response to my query. LOVE Mr. Rebates & their customer service people like Abigail~~

Customer service was good when I had an inquiry.

I’ve been using MrRebates for many years and I love it! Best customer care when/if you have any issues. I definitely recommend MrRebates as the best for money back on online shopping!

I absolutely love Mr. Rebates.
Not only do they have the largest selection of stores, but I love that they are always finding cute, exciting, and just fun ways of giving back.

I have used Mr. Rebates for over 10 years. I have never had a problem collecting funds that I have acquired by clicking on a Mr. Rebates link to purchase a product(s) through a store link. Great customer service as well, although I have only used them twice. A testament to how good a product they have!

Not only was my email answered very quickly but service was kind and very helpful and considerate. Very much appreciative- thank you!!

I've been a member for over 13 years and have earned money without any hassles. Customer service is quick to respond. They offer bonuses occasionally throughout the year. Free money, can't beat that!

Fast response, great customer service.

Customer Service and all the fun promotions they have! I have been a member for probably 20+ years! Thank you Mr. Rebates staff!

This company is really great at customer service, they answer your questions and offer actual help. I've been a member a long time and found them to be honest and trustworthy.

Easy to earn Easy to redeem Whats not to like

Mr. Rebates is such a cool, reliable company that offers payouts for shopping at common shopping sites. I’ve been a member on this site for over a decade. They have been completely reliable with paying out the bonus money I’ve earned from shopping during each payout period. I’ve never had any issues with the company and the customer support is easily reachable in the rare instance I’ve had questions. Highly recommend!!

very fast and responsive customer service to my request

I’ve used MrRebates for more than 10 years and have never had an issue. The app is easy to use. There’s a large variety of stores with varying and changing rebates. Great and responsive customer service if I have a question, easy to see available and pending rebates in my account, and it’s fun to use. I’ve used others…this is my favorite and the one I trust the most!

I love the Mr.Rebates program! I've been a member for many years (since 2008) getting cash back when shopping online at my favorite retailers. Then I receive my payment directly to my Paypal account. The customer service team is 10 stars!

Mr Rebates is the easiest way for me to save money while shopping on line. I have the browser extension which reminds me of any existing coupon deals for a company and then gives me a rebate as well. The rebates are real and easy to redeem, I even get reminded to redeem my cash or I can just let it accumulate for additional months to receive a nice big rebate check!

always on point, accurate, trustworthy and a winner in my book

I’ve been using Mr. Rebates since 2009 and have enjoyed getting rebates on purchases and also finding deals/sales/extra coupons. It’s such a great programs and free to join and easy to use on purchases you’re making. They also have great customer service that responds quickly to help with any issues. Highly recommend!
