The hair came in and I was in aww, first off I lost track of my parcel then I contacted customer service and they responded in time and gave me a new tracking details. Hair is good quality and delivered on time and good shape with some hair accessories. Thank you so much.

I been ordering for a few years, good hair, new updates, on lace is good, not always true to length. And the ends of the hair has started to look more see through’ish… which can make a wig look horrible. Especially if it’s a straight wig. So this time I’m dissatisfied overall with my purchase, even if the hair is decent. It doesn’t look right because the poor constructed hair placement, and they are not using tie straps in the back which is better, they are using bra like tightening strap, no combs on the side. Again poorly made, but decent hair.

I have been ordering from Mscoco for years now, and they have never let me down! This hair is so soft and luscious. I recently ordered a new closure to go with the bundles I bought from them back in April! The bundles are still soft and luscious, like new. I’ve re-used them 3 times already. I love this hair company!

The hair is perfect! The lace is breathable and I was able to blend it very easy. The color is even more beautiful in person and it’s giving natural hair ❤️❤️❤️

Loveeeed everything about this wig it’s so full lace is very good and the layers are very pretty… I got a 20’ I could’ve went a little longer but overall I loved the wig and can’t wait to install!

The hair is really good quality and the service was great too! It arrived in a good time considering I’m in Europe, and the communication with the seller was excellent. I’ve blow-dried, styled, and washed the hair, and I honestly believe it’s 100% real. I’ll definitely be ordering more soon.

I bought a no fuss glueless lace wig and she is everything that I was looking for. I really feel like the quality of the hair should cost more because it is so exquisite.

The quality is great so soft easy to install pre plucked and cut with a drawstring in the back to secure my head is small so it was big but you can adjust I would buy from them again I saw the wig on TikTok

I’ve been purchasing from Mscoco hair for yrs… The shipping is always fast whenever I need to order an the hair is always soft no shedding no smell… I will forever be a mscoco girl.

The hair I ordered didn’t look like the hair online, the colour was off and orange undertonned. I followed the companies policy of returns, contacted them, sent photos of the hair and then got their confirmation and details to sent it back. They were very responsive up until 2 weeks ago when they ignored me. My item was tracked delivery and was confirmed which they received and signed for on the 21st August. They’ve since not refunded me and are still not replying. From the gramatical errors this company is not professional in the slightest and seems to be ran improperly, if you return the hair you’re being scammed as they won’t send it back. The hair colour won’t match and the hair is synthetic, NOT human hair as they described.

This was my first time ordering from Mscoco and I'm SOOOOOOO glad I did!!! It cam in a timely fashion and it was soft and just like the pic!!!! OMGGG IM SO IN LOVEEE!!! Im definitely ordering again!!!

My hair shipped really fast. I ordered an 28 in glueless wig and it feels amazing. I will have it installed soon but so far everything looks great.
