Fantastic Product but Garbage Service and Business

These people sell a fantastic product but unfortunately their service is rubbish.

You will not be sent tracking, just your original confirmation email. After that you might try to contact them to see what’s happening with your order but will find no phone number and no email – nothing but an online form (to which they choose to not bothering to respond). The form page says 24/7 customer service and ‘we will answer your message ASAP’ - well, they don't. I don’t even know where they are! ‘Contact’ just leads you to this online form; there is no address – I have no idea which state they’re in.

I placed my order almost a month ago and have heard nothing whatsoever beyond the original email order confirmation, have submitted THREE online enquiries via the form.

I thought it was about time someone put the truth out there about these people – they need to grow up and start running a decent business with a bit of accountability to their customers! I mean if it weren’t for us they wouldn’t be here. Pretty appalling if you ask me.

I have since been targeted by these people, flagging 'defamatory' contant and so on. I've submitted a 100% honest review of my experience and they might ask themselves how: how about putting all their energy into taking down an honest reviewer into improving their customer service??
