Carlos came out to look into a leak I had in my bathroom, he was very professional and informative and also had the correct equipment to find leaks in tight places (cameras) etc... He also tidied up and left no mess which I was very happy about as I was heavily pregnant at the time and just made things a lot easier. The cause of the leak was found and fixed.

I found MSN’s service over the phone to be professional, knowledgeable and through. An appointment was scheduled and they came to my property at the arranged date and time. MSN assessed the damage caused by my outgoing tenants and provided me with all the necessary information on what repair work needed to be carried out, followed by a written quote, which I found to be competitive and to my satisfaction. I decided to go ahead with most of the work, which was carried out to a very high standard. I have referred their services to my friends and family, highly recommended, and they definitely deserve my 5-star review.

My experience was good. They were professional and understanding of my situation and knew how to come across in including me in the process so I knew what was happening. I would recommend.
