UPDATE: I finally got this to download on my daughter's laptop and it did not come with a license code so basically turbo tax did not recognize the program on the computer and would not update! Total Scam!!

Received a zip file of turbo tax 9 hours after paying for it. I tried to download it and I keep getting an error stating: could not write value DefaultTokenId to key \Software\Microsoft\Speech_OneCore\Isolated\uupqqycGhsoAh3A_O_fwA7YmV9JixAAKWWRFGHsHE/CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Speech_OneCore\Recognizers. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.
I contacted them by email and received a response 14 hours later stating to delete all files and restart my computer, so I download the product again, used winzip to unarchive it and install again.
I followed the instructions and now winzip will not open the file, says not to trust it. Completely frustrated and am requesting a refund, what a rip off!

I placed an order 5 days ago. I received an invoice and an account setup. I did not receive the software product download. Attempts to email had my email rejected after trying to deliver for 24 hrs. Attempts to contact thru the Customer Service online chat always resulted in me being number 2 in cue and after hours of waiting no reply to answers. This is a ripoff

Weirdly bogus company. Check out their laptops, cell phones, and DVD players for sale, LOL! And their official Microsoft Certified Partner logo? It links to a different company's certificate! (Look carefully). It's mostly fake. No surprise from a company with a misspelled name, I guess, but I was wearing the wrong glasses when I placed the order. Msoficeworks.com bills as Office Media, which appears to have quite a few of these sites under a variety of names.

When I first tried to install and activate, using the official Microsoft download site and not the weird link in Luxembourg hiding under the setup.office.com link, it downloaded ok but when I tried to activate Microsoft said the license had already been used. Maybe it's excess on some company's site license, sold under the table, or some other scam? So I asked for a refund - who wants to pay for pirated software - and they insisted that they were a legitimate Microsoft reseller and that I needed to use Microsoft's phone activation instead. To my surprise that actually worked, and if Microsoft says it's ok what I am supposed to do? So I guess I am stuck with some very fishy software. I will report back if it stops working, but for now it is of course fine, because it is downloaded from the official Microsoft site.

Regarding the Microsoft Reseller claim - this appears to be correct for Office Media. So why does the MSOficeworks badge link point to the MSOfficeWorks company registration (with two "f"s in "office", and apparently a different company, though also fishy in the reviews) instead of Office Media's? Same with the mailing address. It is all very fishy.
