Trying to get a refund on a pair of pants with a bad fit and a color that is nothing like the website picture. Getting delays upon delays. The only response has been an offer to remake them.

Accurate and easy! Ordered a couple of pairs of jeans and a Tshirt - no issues with the app or delivery. Also outstanding customer service - very good at communicating (in process, ship, with questions, etc.). will definitely use again!

The jeans that came were badly miss sized. When I tried to return the jeans the person from M-Tailor kept pushing a remake, I told he I wasn't interested in remake and wanted to return the jeans for a refund. I was told a return sticker would be sent and nothing came. This company is full of BULL!! B Hopkins

First time ordering; initial pair did not fit. I re-measured online, and they sent me a new pair that fit perfectly. I appreciate the ease of the process and their willingness to make things right.

I have difficulty finding a dress shirt that fits so ordered a custom made from MTailor. They do not use physical dimensions to size the shirt but rather have you take a scan/video using my iPhone and their computer program. The process works okay except the collar of the first shirt was too small which is typically the problem area for me. They offered to remake the shirt for free, I only had to pay a small fee (taxes I think). I took photos of me wearing the shirt and they provided proposed new shirt measurements. I approved most, changed 2 very little and 1 (neck size) more. They asked me to confirm the changes which I did plus they offered express shipping. As I needed the shirt for a ceremony I added express shipping which cost an additional $60 plus tax. The shirt shipped very soon after I provided my confirmation from Dhaka, Bangladesh, and I received it in 5 days. The shirt fits perfectly and it is a very well made shirt. MTailors strong points are the replacement guarantee, offering express shipping and very good communications. One recommendation I would make is to provide all the shirt dimensions generated by the scan so that the customer can provide input. Overall, I am very happy with MTailor and strongly recommend them!

The customer service is outstanding. I had problems with my weight changing and they kept adjusting the measurements and sending me replacement jeans until it was totally a good fit. They checked in with me on each step. I am very happy now to have a pair of jeans that fit just right.

After purchasing gift certificates for my husband, he ordered jeans and was particularly happy with the fit.
More jeans….shirts…more shirts.

If off the rack doesn't fit well..MTailor is your answer. quality is excellent and prices are fair but service is world class' It's been years since I've bought a pair of pants tat was truly comfortable. the measuring system works well and can be easily adjusted. I've bought several pair and I'm a customer for life

My husband's proportions make it hard for him to wear jeans that look attractive. I saw an ad for MTailor and it peaked my interest. I browsed their website and dowloaded the app to take my husband's measurements. I thought there was nothing to lose by trying it since they offer a guarantee. I have to say we were both very skeptical and thought for sure we'd be returning the pants but went ahead and ordered a pair of jeans. We received the jeans and to both of our surprise, they fit PERFECTLY and look great! We are both in awe of their technology and will be ordering from them again. It really is amazing how easy and accurately their process works.

I was very disappointed despite the very good Mtailor reputation. I ordered a pair of custom made jeans. The phone camera measurements were not good. The waist was 7" too small and the length was 2" too long. While Wrangler, Lee, Sanoma, American Eagle make jeans, Mtailor makes jean colored trousers. They would make Sidney Sweeney scream. Do Better!

My first purchase with M Tailor was better than expected. I ordered a white dress shirt and it was a little snug in the middle. As advertised they remeasured me and sent a second version which was perfect. To say the least, I’m impressed.

The technology is unbelievable and the whole ordering process was easy. They kept me notified as to status and delivery was reasonable given each job is custom. I did have to have a remake but I can't blame them as I have a medical condition that required me to wear the pants a little lower around my waist. No problem. They were very helpful. I sent some pictures and they adjusted the algorithm and redid the jeans and chinos. Within 2 weeks I had perfectly fitting new pants. I will reorder several additional items.

I ordered two dress shirts through the app. Both were too tight. Upon contacting their customer service, both shirts were remade at no additional cost. The new shirts fit extremely well and are of very good quality.

Needed a remake. The app to get a remake does not lead you through the process, it is totally unclear. Went to chat. After 10 minutes of wait, no response, decided to pursue a refund not a remake

was apprehensive over the technology at first but I must say the suits are perfect. We lost 2 shirts in the mail and Sheena was excellent in communicating how they would resend those two that were lost. I have 3 sons and will direct them to Tailor for their new suits. Perfect fit, and now a customer for life

MTailor has been such a great experience. I have never been able to buy shirts off the rack. My arms are shorter than normal and my neck is larger than normal. Makes for an aggravating life having to get most of my shifts altered. Expensive also. MTailor clothes are worth every penny. It’s truly a great thing to have clothes that fit properly. And their service is terrific. They will make sure you are happy..

Everything turned out very good. Materials and craftsmanship were of good quality. I'm very happy with the end result.
