Constant delays. Not sure if I will ever receive my order. Considering filing a consumer complaint and voiding the credit card transaction. Terrible (non-existent) customer communication.

Second time I have ordered jeans from MTailor. Both times when I received the jeans I washed and dried them as instructed and both times they fit perfectly. Can't tell you how much time I have spent in fitting rooms with disappointing results. Delivery time was great, too.

Standard clothing sizes have never fit me well. Custom tailoring is the obvious solution, but it's expensive. MTailor has solved this with clothes made to my exact measurements at reasonable cost. I've bought 2 pairs of jeans, 2 polo shirts, and 1 pair of chinos so far. The jeans and polos fit great as delivered (after a washing of course--they allow for normal shrinkage).The chinos weren't a perfect fit but in my opinion weren't off by enough to justify requesting a free remake. I did contact a customer service representative to request minor adjustments on future chino orders. Without my asking they went ahead and remade the good-but-not-perfect pair at their cost and with the adjustments I specified. They suggested that I could give away or donate the first pair, so I'll be taking them to a local charity resale shop later this week. Best of all, the new pair fits PERFECTLY. That's some awesome customer service! 👍

This process was so amazing and the pants and shirt fit so well that my wife also became a customer.

Wow, I'm 6 ft 4 inches tall and it's been a long time since I've had custom clothes. Really easy, good and the sizing procedure works!!!

They checked in with me after my shirt was delivered, and offered to remake it to get the fit and feel just right, at no charge.

This is an email I sent to MTailor regarding my recent experience. I subsequently did get a full refund.
Based on your response, I feel like you have missed the point. What was intriguing about MTailor was your value proposition of a suit that fits "20% More Accurate Than a Tailor". Despite your high-tech measurement system, the results were catastrophically poor and a complete failure! The fit of the suit, after two attempts, was like a sack of potatoes!

I wish to bring to your attention that, based on a referral, I engaged in a transaction with MTailor to have a suit made to measure. An application provided by the company was employed to conduct measurements, which ostensibly promised a superior fit compared to traditional tailor-made alternatives. Intrigued by this concept, I eagerly anticipated the outcome. However, upon receipt of the initial suit, I was disheartened by the substandard fit, as both the blazer and pants were ill-fitting and excessively baggy.

Subsequently, I followed the prescribed procedure to have the suit remade, whereby specific alterations were detailed. After a few weeks, the remade suit was delivered, only to reveal a similar lack of satisfactory fit upon trying it on. While I acknowledge the innovative approach of utilizing an advanced measurement system through the integrated app, regrettably, the execution of the process has been lacking in quality.

In light of these unresolved issues, I expressed my reluctance to undergo further attempts, as I harbour reservations regarding the prospect of achieving a desirable outcome based on the previous iterations. Furthermore, I wish to highlight that I have incurred expenses totalling $200 in duty and customs charges for a product that was explicitly promised to fit impeccably, yet has failed to meet expectations on both occasions.

Given the circumstances outlined above, I believe it is unjust for me to be financially burdened without receiving the intended benefits of the transaction. I respectfully request your assistance in addressing this matter promptly. Your guidance on potential resolutions to rectify this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a polo that didnt fit as expected. It was fine, I just didnt pay attention to the description. I gave that feedback to MTailor and they insisted on remaking it at no charge, even though I told them it was my fault. The new one fits exactly as I hoped.

I recently purchased a Blazer from MTailor. I turned to them because I struggle to find good fitting men's clothing off the rack. When my Blazer arrived, it required some adjustments because of my unique build (short stature / broad back and shoulders). I submitted feedback on my Blazer through the MT iPhone app. It was quite painless to do, as they walked me through all of the steps, including required picture profiles. MTailor got right back to me with proposed changes to the Blazer fit measurements based on the new photos. My new Blazer was made without delay, and it was shipped to me at no charge. They redid my shorts b/c the first ones were too tight. I'll be buying more from them without a doubt! Incredible customer service!

The initial jeans were to long.
MTalor was so accommodating and said would replace with adjusted measurements. The replacement jeans arrived and fitted perfectly. So easy to work with.

Shaeikh M, MTailor Customer Support specialist, was focused on my satisfaction. Shaeikh went way beyond my expectations when I felt that the sizes of the delivered products were not the right fit. Over and over again, Shaeikh dedicated everything to ensure my satisfaction. I have never had any retailer spend that much effort and energy to make sure I received what I wanted.

My order of a suit and dress shirt was received earlier than estimated, about 4 weeks. I had the opportunity to try them both on and I was absolutely floored with the fit. It’s spot on from the jacket sleeve length, the taper of the jacket, and all the same holds true for the shirt. I’ll be honest, I was apprehensive about how well the fit could be given the MTailor measurement process. But wow, you all nailed it. Job well done and thank you!

Based on this experience I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase more clothes from MTailor.

Needed to do a remake, maybe because it was my first order. I sent photo in wearing my jeans & the remake was no hassle and PERFECT!! Best fitting jeans I have ever had & I'm70.

I have been buying from MTailor for 3 years and I’ve never been disappointed. Out of possibly 25 purchases I’ve had one re-do which once again worked out perfect. I generally order button down, long tail, monogrammed pocket, two breast pockets, standard cuff and a few spread collars too. I am now retired but if still working would have preferred the French cuffs. Ordered a pair of jeans which worked out great too. I’ve frequently taken advantage of their sale prices and all have come out great. Over the previous 30 years I always had custom shirts as suits were the order of the day. Purchasing 5 or more of that brand got me a discount of $115/shirt. I wished MTailor was available way back when!!

Great customer service. My 1st pair if jeans did not fit. After discussing with Nelle from MTailor, she suggested some changes to the apps measurements. Her suggestions were spot on! The 2nd pair of jeans fit great. I'll use M Tailor again

The Fit, Quality, and the fabric were all well above my expectations. While there was some wait associated with the purchase, it was well worth it. Will be making this one of my favorite sites for clothing.

I have a weird shape lower body. I tried MTailor and I have to say I am more than happy with the results. They went above and beyond my expectations! I had a pair of jeans made. The process was straightforward and very easy. MTailor was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a perfect fit.
