Investing in myself, i bought the 10 week course to discover what can be the game changer… and it is a real one.

After many years of weight lifting, i felt in a trap as my physical performances were not improving anymore… worse i was decreasing and felt i needed 2 times more training to get same result as before. Now its different, after following the course i understand the WHY of this statement. I am now more functionnal but still need to go one. Content of the course is accessible to anyone curious and spending time for himself, seeking a better feeling day to day this method is a gem.

I finally bought the 10 week course after a lot of procrastination. It is definitely one of the best investment anyone can make for thenselves. The tutorials are easy to follow and if you have any questions, the fantastic MTP Group is always there to help. In the group, many exciting health related issues are being discussed. Every human being should buy this course.

This 10 week course takes health and well being to a whole new level! It is well ahead of its time by the holistic approach to a more functional and healthy body. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning but now (+3 months in to the course) I can totally feel how my body and mind have transformed. I used to do traditional fitness but I missed the element of getting a more functional body, which is something I got out of this course. It takes your body back to its natural state

I have been following MTPerformance for years now and I must say that the knowledge that Mads provides in his 10-week course is unmatched. His approach to health and the body has helped me get rid of a chronical pain that I had in my back for years. Further, I can also recommend the webshop. It is quality products and they are delivered at the expected time.

After reading human mechanics by Mads, his expertise and years of dedication shone through . The easy to read and digestible format made it a pleasure to read and learn from. I am now starting the ten week course and have found the same format and mads presents is comfortable and helps me compound my knowledge with ease. A truely holistic approach which makes so much sense once you've processed the research behind the system.

Mads’s knowledge is on another level, I did both of the courses, I read a his book… This man changed my life, I was professional triathlete and I was in pain and my movement was trash. Now Im pain free , without dysfunctions, my movement is re-coded I know how to breath.. just amazing, Keep up the best work man!
