Alex was simply amazing
Alex was simply amazing. I needed gloves to take with overseas as a present for my son and was leaving in five days. You had one pair left. I called, Alex immediately processed the order and had it shipped out the same day. He then followed up with me and subsequently with Royal Mail chasing the parcel when it didn't arrive as expected. A credit to Muay Thailand. Thank you very much for the awesome service !

Great customer service. The gloves I ordered were too small for me. The muay thailand team did their best to sort out replacements and when they didn't work out, a refund was processed really quickly. Really knowledgeable and helpful. Have ordered from them before and will order from them again.
