EDIT 2: After several days, return shipping labels were eventually provided. However, this only occurred after repeated follow-ups and a public complaint. Since then, I have received multiple phone calls from their team with no voicemails left, despite previously speaking with Daniel and explaining that I work during normal business hours. Support appears reactive to public reviews rather than responsive through standard channels.
EDIT: The response stating that my return request could not be located is inaccurate. There is an existing email thread with their associate, Héctor Esculpi, under subject #2112, which I responded to promptly and again the following day without acknowledgment. The return process is not simple or customer-friendly. It relies on a questionnaire form followed by inconsistent and ineffective follow-up. I would encourage the company to benchmark its return workflow against standard retail practices.
Original review:
I purchased extended brake lines for my GX460 lift install as a precautionary purchase. During installation, both my mechanic and I confirmed that the factory brake lines provided sufficient slack, making the extended lines unnecessary.
The items were never opened or used and remain sealed in the original packaging. I submitted the return request within the allowed window, provided photos, and completed the required steps twice. Despite this, the process stalled for several days with minimal communication and no clear resolution.
This should have been a straightforward, policy-compliant return. Instead, it required repeated follow-ups and escalation. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

I will start off with the good. Then the bad.
Pros: Easily navigable website. clean look. Competitively priced stock. Decent inventory of parts overall. Good sales sometimes.
Cons: Customer service, which when I say this, I do consider the many good reviews about their customer service. In my experience it was one of the worst companies I've dealt with. I'm not sure if they've switched owners/business practices but, it was and still is very much a challenge getting, at least the agent I was assigned, to respond. It has been over a month and I still have not found a even close to reasonable middle ground to the issue I initially contacted about. Even then disregarding the issue entirely, response time could very much be improved. Also felt that after the second time of receiving accurate measurements and data about the vehicle. The issue itself was rather to a point where it very much felt as if it was my loss and that there wasn't the initiative to understanding it so it didn't happen in the future for others.
Shipping was another thing. I'm not going to totally be stingy about this as its semi-out-of-custody of Mudify. One part of the shipment arrived at a respectable rate, while the other half, the more expensive half, arrived two weeks later looking like it was thrown around, put back into another box, and then stapled back up with a little bit of heavy paper as security to $1000 shocks(not including the other box which had the same packaging).
I am extremely disappointed with Mudify's business practices. On December 17, 2025, I called to verify stock for a suspension kit. I was specifically told to piece the parts together to ensure they were in stock and ready to ship, which I did immediately.
Despite an advertised 3-5 day delivery, I heard nothing for a week. When I followed up, I was told it was 'in process' and would ship 'soon.' It has now been two full weeks with no email, text, or call updates. I called again today, only to be told once more that it is 'still in process' with no firm shipping date.
This is deceptive inventory management. Do not trust their 'in stock' claims or verbal promises of quick shipping
Ordered 2 products from them. The service was great and they helped me choose the products that fit me best. Then one the products showed up broken unfortunately and they immediately helped me to get a new replacement as fast as possible. Specifically worked with Hector and Eddie and they were fantastic!
Extremely slow processing times. Everyday they tell me that my order is shipping "today," and after a week of getting the runaround, all that's happened is a label has been created and FedEx still has nothing. Mudify claims that all of the items are in stock and not backordered, so something here isn't right.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience to help others make informed decisions. I had a very disappointing interaction with Modify Company regarding an order I tried to cancel.
Before the order shipped, I made multiple attempts to contact the company to cancel it. Despite reaching out several times, I received no meaningful response or action. Eventually, they claimed the cancellation request had been submitted — which turned out to be untrue.
Instead of resolving the issue or honoring my request, they went ahead and shipped the order anyway. When I followed up, they simply told me there was nothing they could do now that the order had shipped. It felt like they intentionally delayed communication just to force the order through.
This is not how a reputable company should treat its customers. The lack of transparency and accountability is frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend doing business with Modify Company unless you're prepared to deal with poor customer service and a complete lack of flexibility.

From the start, Eddie went above and beyond — taking the time to walk me through all my options, explain the pros and cons for my current setup, and even share best practices for future upgrades to my build. His knowledge and attention to detail made me feel completely confident in my purchase. It’s rare to find this level of customer service and support in the industry, but Eddie and the Mudify team deliver top tier in every sense. I’ll definitely be coming back for future projects and recommending them to anyone looking to do it right the first time!

My 4runnner had over 250k miles on the original suspension when I called in and spoke to a real person at Mudify. I explained my wants/needs and they walked me through some options, helping to weigh the pros/cons of each system. I ultimately went with OME struts and springs and couldn't be happier! Shipping was extremely quick (2 days for rear components, 6 days for fully assembled front coil-overs). Truck rides better than before and I love it!

Customer service was on point. Mudify was able to get me a complete package of Old Man Emu, heavy duty suspension. Order shipped well. 1 A-arm had a defective grease zirk, and they shipped me a new A-arm asap. Look forward to doing more business with them.

Great service from start to finish. The website layout makes it very user friendly to select suspension options. I called and talked to someone who reassured me in my suspension choice. The delivery came in several different boxes from various sources which was a bit confusing, but I got everything in the end. Have the suspension installed and couldn’t be happier! Much better ride and handling!
