From the phone call I received the lady was helpful polite and professional to the guy who came Luke who did the demonstration
The delivery service which the guy was helpful although he was meant to come in the afternoon arrived first thing but luckily my partner was there but it was all sorted

The advisor who brought the demonstration chair was most helpful and attentive to my particular needs. The delivery team were excellent and nothing was too much trouble as we had to use another door due to a fire door being too narrow. They were both cheerful and explained the chair controls knowledgeably.
I’m delighted with the bespoke nature of the chair! Thank you and hopeful for many happy restful hours. Fred F

Very good service overall from sales rep to the delivery drivers. I would recommend Muick Sandy for their overall service and product.

Did not have connection for heat and massage .But the men where very nice and helpful.Everything went nicely but no connection .that was all that was wrong .It would have been a 5 otherwise.

A good experience who was patient and informative.

Initial visit by Asif was informative and practical for understanding the MuickSandy scooter, its operation and costs. This was followed by the delivery by Malcolm and Andy in the time specified again with a full explanation. During the process contact with Customer Services was clear and helpful. Looking forward to a long and happy experience with the scooter which will allow much needed freedom of movement.

From start to end a very good experience . I am sitting in my lovely new chair to do this. The agent who came to the house to show me a chair was excellent and took great care with everything. The follow up and keeping me in the loop until the delivery was excellent. Toby and Brian delivered the chair, let me know when to expect them and arrived promptly. They went above and beyond, sweeping up where the old chair had been, moving things around for me and were very careful to explain how it worked and make sure I was safe to drive a chair! They even spent a long time rubbing beeswax into the leather to stop any noises when the chair was manoeuvering. I am very impressed.

I like the way it is easy to fold/unfold. Speeds are useful. It travels over short grass and slightly rough pathways. I am fairly pleased with the scooter but I do have one or two moans. 1st—I find that I keep slipping forward on the seat and have to push myself back several times.
2nd—on paths that slope to one side or the other, I find the seat lurches down on the low side and almost tips me out. I have to put my foot out on the ground to steady it which is unnerving .I realise this is probably the suspension but it doesn’t feel safe.
3rd— the Tiller keeps sliding down. I have to pull it up several times on a trip. Also the glass scratches very easily— even with a fingernail. I would not have expected that with the price I paid.
Maybe these are things that can be sorted— I have only used it three times— so I have an open mind about it.
The service so far has been good, no complaints, and I do like the scooter despite my moans— I will learn where to go and where not to go, for safety.

Ryan and toby arrived today with my fx carbon scooter , despite the rain they came promptly after stuck in a bit of traffic there was nowhere to park but they managed to deliver brilliantly despite everything very nice guys I can't wait to use the scooter on holidays and days out with my daughter Ben the reprasentive I also give a big five stars to and everyone I have spoken to in the office thank you for everything very happy with service brilliant company
