Battery failed after 3 quarter of a mile battery stuck can’t get it out tried to charge thro steering stem socket the charger is working ok but battery not charging up after being on for eight hours there is no manual to help very disappointing happen on a Sunday so have to phone on Monday as there is no emergency no on sunday

Tom salesman very professional and respectful but felt very pressured to purchase scooter 2 phone calls within the hour of leaving to say he could do a better deal if we had the one that didn’t come in a box message left to say he couldn’t hold the deal much longer, we went ahead with the purchase with the scooter in a box but on arrival it didn’t come in a box!

Kevin’s delivery of the F1 carbon scooter was excellent. A knowledgeable & pleasant man. He was here for an hour & a half making sure all was well for me with this scooter.

Controls fitted on wrong side on invoice it says left which I requested and they are on the right side.
Also my husbands chair has no plug in I pad or phone controls which we were told come as standard and we said we definitely want them as he spends most of the time in his chair as not very mobile, playing on his I pad.

The whole experience was very good. From the admin side, to the reprentative who came to discuss what I wanted, to the delivery guys who were very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with my chair. It is very comfortable and versatile.

The two guys who came to setup the chair were very pleasant,helpful and professional. Very satisfied with the new chair. Chair was replaced because of a minor problem. Muick Sandy were very obliging and replaced the chair very speedily. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm foe anyone who needs their services.

Excellent service both with first visit and delivery, Their rep was here for a couple of hours and the delivery pair explained anything I was not sure of. Took it out for the first time and found it quite easy though it needs getting used to on side slopes. Found you need to make sure you keep your feet firmly on the front plates which helped. Well finished item.

James who delivered the mobility scooter was very helpful and explained everything.
