SCAM!! Do not order anything from this company. I ordered 2 pod chairs and received 2 pieces twisted red cord. I contacted them and was told chairs would be posted right away however they never arrived. Mula have now stopped responding.

Don’t even want to rate with one star absolute rip off and a scam I have emailed them again telling them iv reported them for fraud and gone to my bank but I am mad with myself for falling for it

Absolute SCAM! Stay away from this website. Order says delivered.. definitely hasn’t been. Seems a common thread on these pod chairs.. Read the reviews, I wish I had!

Very poor. Emailed them twice to no reply. As saying delivered. Which is not the case. Disgusted as these pod chairs was ordered for my Autistic son. How do you get a refund through the bank?

What a load of rubbish… I too ordered a pod chair, I didn’t receive a piece of red string but I was sent a whiteboard maker 😡 I’m ragin with myself… how stupid!

It’s a scam I have ordered a rocking chair pod and what I got was a plastic bracelet do not trust this website don’t get scammed

Ordered a pod chair got a black string posted through letter box. Emailed them got a response saying it was a “supplier error” and i would get a refund the following week. Also advised me NOT to start a chargeback with the bank as this will delay the refund and make it take longer. Anyway refund never came, sent 2 more emails but surprise , no reply back.

With the evidence i gave the bank they granted a chargeback in less than 24 hours.

As with the rest, I received a piece of red string. Absolutely disgusting that they can still advertise and scam people.

Again as with everyone else this is a SCAM as I received two pieces of string instead of two pod chairs. I am now in contact with my bank and wish I had read the reviews before buying. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS

As many others,they advertise a chair on tiktok, you purchase and are waiting weeks for your chair. A few days ago. I received a piece of string,couldn't understand where it came from. I ordered a chair not a piece of string. They use other post office proof to say it was delivered. My camera's show no postman with a large box that day. Please save your time and money. DONT GIVE MULLA HOME. COM YOUR MONEY. SCAMMER WEBSITE

SCAM - like everyone else, I ordered two chairs and received two pieces of red string. I have referred this fraud to the Police.

This is a scam they will send you a post office id you can follow and track but it’s just a card that’s sent to your home avoid avoid

I also got scammed. I received a piece of red string instead of the chair I ordered. I have contacted my bank and will be taking this further. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Yeh unfortunately I got scammed too .. received peice of red thread instead of chair .. I contacted bank and they looking into it so I get money back ..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP !!
