I was excited about this subscription…
I was excited about this subscription for my husband as a Christmas gift. So excited I also recommended it to my sister-in-law for her husband too. I ordered the box and never received any type of tracking information until I emailed them a week later (according to the website they ship out 48-72 hours later). I emailed them twice before I received an answer. After receiving shipping information the box sat in Michigan for days and FedEx couldn’t help in letting me know when it will ship out. After getting in touch with one of the representatives of Mully he did everything he could to get answers from FedEx which eventually lead him to ship a completely new box to another address for me just so I could have it in time for Christmas.
Above and beyond service in the end. Thank you Drew!

A company that cares about there customers
We enjoyed the boxes we did receive. With this being a online subscription company. I’m surprised not only how simple contacting them was. But more so how customer first they truly are. I would recommend this company to people if I was asked. We have been introduced to training aid I might have not got other wise. And my son has continued using to this day some items right before a tournament.

Awesome customer service
I got a Mullybox subscription for my dad as a gift. I am not a golfer and have no idea how good the items were or how good of a value they were. My dad seemed to enjoy it.
I can say that the customer service I received was excellent. The shipping costs were unclear when setting up the subscription (there is a monthly shipping fee, I found out later), and I was able to get them removed for several months with a screenshot of the confusing language at checkout.
It was disappointing that 4 months into the 6 months I had promised my dad that Mullybox decided to change from a monthly subscription model to a quarterly box (which cost more than 3x the basic box I originally had). But after I canceled, I gave that feedback (without asking for a refund), and they gave me $15 back. They really didn't need to do that to keep my business, since I had already canceled.
While they are probably going through some growing pains that led to me having to contact customer service, they really were great to deal with.
