I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
I ordered two products and paid in full, but I never received anything. On top of that, I have not been refunded either. It feels like my money has simply been taken without any explanation or resolution.
I have tried to contact them, but the phone number listed on their website does not exist, and no one responds to my messages. This raises serious concerns and makes me believe this may be a scam.
I strongly advise others to be very cautious before purchasing from this company.
Highly untrustworthy.

This is my third review as Munawear have ignored my many emails asking when they will refund me for the items I’ve sent back to them following their return policy,,, but they have flagged every single review I’ve left on here to warn people not to use this company!
Won’t reply to emails asking for my hard earned money back but will flag honest reviews on here warning other people not to order from them, says it all really.
Extremely untrustworthy company
This is in addition to my last comment. They have completely ignored me and their reference to being sorry for my experience with them is untrue, they obviously dont care as they did not answer my emails. I spent a lot of money on order MW#2641 received wrong size 6XL not 3 XL ordered. I have given up on this company and hope others take warning and dont use them.

Silent in returning
Following the below review- reached back out to them as advised in the comments and have never heard back.
Husband picked a tracksuit- ordered and arrived late. Horrible material. Return process seemed okay after a couple back and fourths trying to offer a partial refund- explained twice I wanted the address to return for a full refund.. Paid for international return and now the item is held in the destination country and the Munawear customer service has been silent. Returned 7th Jan and not heard back from them with several emails ignored, proof of postage provided. I should have checked before purchasing but in my experience the item was horrid and no radio silence for the return which has cost a small fortune. Would not recommend

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!
Dreadful - all the bad reviews came after i placed my order. Getting the same issues as the others. Ordered on the 8th Jan, 2 weeks and no updated. Chased and they said it had been lost and did i want another sending, said yes (this was my first mistake).
Another week goes by and no update, asked for a refund and they said they couldnt as it had been distrubuted (it hadnt) but i could get a 15% refund or 45% in store credit. Didnt want either.
Anyway 2 weeks later, finally arrives and its too small.
Asked to start the return process, get a message about how they have a policy about the environment and sending it back would be easier but they could give me 15% back or 45% instore, wanted neither and wanted a full refund. Asked to send pictures of the coat, front, back and inside with label (doesnt even have a label)
Then another email talking about how it would be easier if i took the 15% refund as its better for the environment. Said no and if they didnt want the coat back then thats up to them but i still want my money.
Finally got the address, some place in China and id have to pay for tracking etc to send it back for full refund. Then a please tell me how you would like to proceed and ill take care of it right away. Said ill send it back... no response now.

Poor quality item and customer service
I ordered a backpack for my son on the 14th of November, it arrived on the 8th of December. My son started to use it in January after Christmas holidays. Not even a month of use and the backpack tore. I emailed the customer service and thus was the reply:Our store policy allows us to accept claims and process returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged or faulty items within 30 days of the delivery date. End. I claimed a replacement or refund under the UK consumer rights, because the item should be suitable for use for a minimum of 6 months, however they replied with the same message and offer of 30% in credit for another order. I feel very disappointed with the customer service and the product overall.

Cost of return - we've wasted our money
Although we measured carefully, the item was too small - but to return the parcel to China costs more than £20. The alternatives offered were a voucher for 45% of the value or a refund of only 15% and keep the item in both cases - but whats the point in keeping something too small? What a waste of money this has been. This is why I don't like buying clothes online because of the difficulties and costs in returning the item- which really limits my choices.

Misleading, false product advertising & bad ethics
Predicting the good reviews on here are fake. Coat arrived and was low quality in design - description and photos on the site did not match the product. Advertised as "hood to protect from cold and puffer design" it is very thin and unfeasible for cold weather which didn't align with descriptions or photos of a much thicker hooded coat. Customer support refused to acknowledge this and stood by difference of perception, studio lighting and told me it wasn't for winter protection; because it wasn't defective they refused a refund. Gave me the only options of posting it back to china for £38 at my cost, 45% store credit or 15% refund. Effectively it was a scam - misrepresented the product and mislead me.

I ordered a men's jacket size 2XL on 26Dec2025 from Munawear which, when it came almost a month later, had a label in Chinese, which alerted my suspicion. I thought I was ordering from the UK or Europe.
When I opened it, the jacket was so small that it could only fit a child. I returned the jacket to it's packaging and immediately tried to contact them, but there was no address on their website, only a UK telephone number and an email address, so I sent them an email, reporting that they had sent the wrong size and asked them to send their address and a method by which I could return the item. I asked for a full refund.
Their 'Customer Support' replied and asked me for the following:
1. “A clear photo of the jacket laid out flat, so we can see it’s in good, undamaged condition.
2. If you can, an additional photo that helps show the sizing issue—for example:
3. A close-up of the size label on the jacket, and/or
4. The jacket laid next to another jacket that fits you properly.”
I sent 2 photos of the jacket (no.1 above), also 2 photos of the jacket lying next to one I wear (clearly showing the size and the short arms) and a photo of the label on the packaging (in Chinese) as there was no label on the garment.
The reply I received shocked me.
“Your satisfaction genuinely means a lot to us, and we do want to make this right for you.
Instead of going through the hassle of sending the jacket back, we can offer you two alternatives, and in both cases you can keep the jacket:
Option A:
– 45% of the jacket’s purchase price as store credit,
– You can use this to reorder a different item/size or anything else you like on our site,
– You keep the jacket.
Option B:
– 15% refund back to your original payment method,
– You keep the jacket.
Please let me know which option you’d prefer, and I’ll process it for you right away.
Warm regards,
Customer Support — MunaWear”
So NO full refund then.
Please read Option A and Option B above again
and REMEMBER it.
But this wasn't the end.
I replied that I wanted neither Option A or Option. The jacket doesn't fit, so it would be pointless keeping it. I again asked her to refund the money back onto my card and asked her (again) to let me know how I can return the jacket to them as there was no address on their website, only an email address and a UK telephone number.
Shockingly, their reply was:
“Thank you for your message, and I truly appreciate your patience throughout this process.
While our policy encourages alternative solutions to minimise return shipments, I completely understand your decision. You can return the item to our global fulfilment partner at the following address:
Return Address:
[Munawear asked me to remove the return address, which was in Guangdong, China or my HONEST review) would be taken down]
Please ensure the parcel is sent with tracking, and keep the receipt or tracking number as proof of shipment. Once the return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we’ll proceed with the refund.
Alternatively, if you’d prefer to avoid the international return process (which can take several weeks and may incur high postage costs), I can still process the 15% cash refund or 45% store credit we offered earlier — whichever suits you best.
Please let me know how you’d like to proceed, and I’ll take care of it right away."
So they want ME to send the garment back to China, incurring all the costs and risks of it getting lost on the way and the risk of their denying ever receiving it, which was a given.

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking, this company is happy to send out awful products that do not fit the description on their website. When asking for a refund “Amelia Harper” is very quick to email you a generic offering solutions. At first they offered for me to keep the product with a 50% credit note to spend (STRANGE) then when insisting on a full refund and getting my money back they offer a 70% credit note and to keep the product even though the original product (ski suit) was £90..very strange…. When insisting further I would like my money back Amelia Harper agreed…they then ask for photos to make sure no damage and they confirmed return. I then pay for posting and packaging back to China with the address Amelia Harper provides. This was in early November ….i have tracked the whole way and has been stuck in Chinese customs since 4th December 2025. I have asked for multiple updates and they then say please provide photos /tracking/ receipt proof that I have given multiple times. I have investigated this with my credit card who confirm it is a scam. Initially the company will talk to you and provide information within minutes and the all of a sudden when they realise you are contacting them again they ignore you. Basically Munawear has £90 of my money and don’t want to give it back because it is a fake company and they are SCAMMERS. Not worth the aggravation ordering from a place like this with a whacky address. Who offers for you to keep a product and provided 70% credit notes. DONT ORDER!!!

as I cannot give 0 stars I have to put 1 star!!!! absolutely disgusting company. Ordered an item. 2 weeks later still hasn't arrived. As I ordered it for an occasion I no longer need it as I had to go out and get something last minute. I contacted customer service for them to tell me it's lost in transit and they will send out a new one. however I cannot have a refund. I don't need the item and now I cannot refund. if I had the original turn up I could have had a refund but because its lost in transit I can't I can only have a replacement. I didn't lose it so not just my item lost my money too! AVOID!!!!!
