Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe disquared nel loro sito ho utilizzato le scarpe tre volte a terzo giorno mi si sono scollate tutte dalla suola sicuramente per la scarsa qualità del prodotto

Personale molto scortese
Personale molto scortese, abbiamo aquistato una borsa della Moschino indossata due volte , era già rovinata ci hanno detto che la borsa è sporca e che non è stata acquistata da loro abbiamo restituito lo scontrino e tutto. Hanno detto che non verra effettuato il rimborso . Pessima azienda . Nonostante le borse della Moschino avessero la garanzia di due anni.

Gentile cliente, i nostri operatori sono altamente competenti e professionali, nessuno è stato sgradevole o scortese nei suoi confronti durante tutte le conversazioni, scritte e non. Innanzitutto, la borsa è stata SOSTITUITA con una NON NOSTRA. senza il sigillo di garanzia e senza l'etichetta della stessa, la quale e' stata usata per molto tempo, visto i segni di usura e la forma (non 2 volte in 4 gg dalla data di arrivo).
Siamo sempre disponibili al confronto, ma nel rispetto delle policy aziendali e delle condizioni di reso.
Come anticipato privatamente, abbiamo avviato delle indagini per sospetta fraudolenza nei suoi confronti, dunque tutta la documentazione e conversazioni a venire saranno riportate al nostro dipartimento legale.

Ho acquistato un paio di Autry super…
Ho acquistato un paio di Autry super vintage ma purtroppo si sono staccate già in 3 punti dopo 4 volte di utilizzo perchè nella lavorazione per rendere l effetto vintage sono andati sulle cuciture corrosendole eccessivamente!! Ormai non posso più fare il reso e mi ritrovo con delle scarpe che devo incollare in alcuni punti ogni volta.
@murbes vi ho contattati come avete scritto e dopo un mese vi ho dovuto riscrivere senza alcuna soluzione quindi sono estremamente deluso perche il prodotto è palesemente fallato come avete potuto riscontrare dalle foto inviate.

Salve, purtroppo non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna segnalazione da parte sua riguardo alla scarpa. Scaduto il periodo di 14 giorni, non è più possibile effettuare il reso. Eventualmente, può inviarci le foto del prodotto, così da poterle inoltrare all'azienda fornitrice e capire se è attuabile una pratica di cambio.

Buongiorno, ci dispiace davvero molto per la situazione, purtroppo il brand non ha garantito il difetto di fabbrica in base all'utilizzo prolungato della scarpa, dunque non possiamo aiutarla in altro modo.

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. I bought six pairs of shoes here in three different shippings. I tried them at home if they fitted. The pairs that didn’t fit were handled carefully and send back. The first return was accepted, as it should be as the shoes were in good condition. However, of the second shipment one pair was not accepted as a return because of the condition of the shoes. The shoes were in the exact same condition as received, I only tried them for a few seconds because they didn’t fit well. All my other returns were accepted, as I handled them all very carefully. Shameful behaviour, so be careful. Don’t order here or make pictures directly after receiving items.
I did not wear the shoes, in fact I only fitted one shoe and they didn’t fit well. Don’t trust this company. You can find other reviews that they did send shoes that were not OK.
I will make a claim via PayPal and American Express. I was sick listed the whole week in which I received the shoes and stayed home with a 6 year old child which was also sick at home. Luckily this has all been documented by my employer and my child’s school. Moreover all my WhatsApp and email messages will document that I stayed home that whole week.

Dear customer, it is unacceptable that you sent us the shoes back in shameful conditions, if you were right you should have sent us photos of the damaged shoes as soon as you received them, instead you sent them back without reporting. The sole is clearly worn, so the shoes have certainly been used. Since the shoes are damaged and we can no longer put them back on the market, we will not refund you the amount. Our company does not act in bad faith, otherwise we would not have refunded you for other returns and we have no reason to deceive customers, since our store is honest and of good reputation. As previously stated, your package was immediately sent back since we refused to refund that item.

Unica nota così e così che le scarpe che ho ordinato sono arrivate con la scatola modificata nell’etichetta e prive della custodia per trasportarle che invece in quelle acquistate in negozio era presente.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto dei problemi con delle scatole acquistate dai nostri fornitori, e abbiamo fatto richiesta del materiale mancante che occorreva. Prima di spedire le scarpe però ci siamo preoccupati che il prodotto fosse integro e disponibile per la vendita. Ad ogni modo, siamo contenti che il nostro servizio sia stato eccellente, la ringraziamo per il suo feedback!
