Was not suitable for my project, despite communicating this and the fact that I was not using it - they did not refund. Not good customer service.

Fortunately, PayPal stepped in and processed a refund for this kind of company. Based on the reviews, this appears to be a recurring pattern. It’s hard to understand how a business with so many negative reviews is still online.

BE CAREFUL with Mureka. There is NO WAY to cancel your subscription once you sign up.

I canceled my subscription and they still charged me again. The payment goes through 'Link' (a payment platform), so it doesn't show up in Google Play subscriptions. They don't reply to emails.

I had to call my bank to file a chargeback. That's the only way to get my money back.

If you are thinking about subscribing, DON'T DO IT. It's a trap. Check your bank account if you already subscribed.

I even made a protest song using their own AI tool to warn others. Don't trust Mureka

Deceptive website/subscription practices... They lure you into free trials and subscribe you to a yearly subscription. No refunds, no customer support. If you reach out for help, they don't care, no one will get back to you. Tried to get access on Discord, they replied once, and never after on email. Don't waste your time on a trial.

Contrairement à beaucoup d'avis, je suis très satisfait des résultats obtenus. Les prompts sont respectés si vous êtes suffisamment précis, le son, le mixage et le master sont excellents, et la variété des services est bluffante. Certes, il y a quelques bugs, mais nous en sommes encore aux débuts...

Habe zwei schöne CDs mit Mureka produziert und bin mit der Qualität sehr zufrieden, der "Kundendienst" lässt allerdings sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ich hoffe, das wird besser. Trotzdem 5 Sterne wegen der ausgezeichneten Musikqualität (finde ich zumindest).

En tapant suno sur google c'est mureka qui sort en premier avec écris SUNO, j'ai souscris par erreur, ne l'ai pas utilisé et aucun moyen pour arrêter l'inscription ou contacter le service client, j'ai finit par supprimer tout mon compte et mes données, et suis encore prélevé a l'haure actuelle, 6 mois après, le seul moyen va etre de faire opposition a ma carte bleu. Malgré mes nombreuses tentatives de les contacter aucune réponse ou spartiate n'aidant pas du tout, scandaleux que de tels sites soient si bien référencés !

I had a really poor experience with Mureka and wouldn’t recommend it.

First issue was billing. I accidentally signed up for a yearly plan when I only wanted a single month. I contacted support straight away, but they refused to issue a refund. That’s a bad start—no flexibility, no understanding, just rigid policy over customer service.

As for the actual product, the AI music generation is seriously disappointing. The sound quality is weak and often feels flat or distorted, nowhere near what you’d expect from a paid service. On top of that, it struggles to follow prompts properly. You can be very clear about the style or mood you want, and it still produces something completely off the mark.

The compositions themselves are uninspired at best and downright unpleasant at worst. They lack structure, groove, and any real musicality. The vocals are another major problem—unnatural, awkward, and often hard to listen to. They don’t sound professional or even convincing.

Overall, between the poor customer service and the low-quality output, this feels like a service that’s not ready to charge premium prices. Definitely not worth the money.

The Mureka O2 is quite remarkable in its high-quality sound, comparable to studio-quality audio but... The whole disaster lies in the rhythm and coherence of the songs!!! The song is stiff and disjointed, lacking artistic spirit and a rhythm like a Rythmix AI, for example...

I hope they fix this mess in Mureka O3, and allow a remix of Mureka O2 like Suno V5... Mureka O2 treats people with arrogance and does not give her best.

I wanted to give a try before fully deciding if I wanted to pay the full price for it so I did the 7 day free trial. On the 2nd day they pulled the money from my account. I emailed them wanting to cancel and get my money back. They refused stating ". Since a portion of your golds has been used, this transaction isn't eligible for a refund under our policy.
2. Your subscription has been successfully cancelled, and you will not be charged again after this year's plan ended.
Truly appreciate your understanding."

So they got around $80 off me for almost nothing.

Zero stars if possible.
80% of the songs I have made gets gets cut before they are finished.
You can't fix it yourself and they don't care.
Waste of money.

Most of the people that use Mureka are people that they expect to became Benny Blancos from the night to the day. I usually never do reviews in anything but after checking the reviews of Mureka I found that is really disrespectull and really stupid people that are commenting. If you don't know how to use the tool don't blame the tool blame the person using it. This is an AI tool. You will not get Drake/ Benny Blanco music with just "make me a funny music about my dead bird" and press a create button.

About the pricing, what the hell is wrong with people ? You can't read and you expect you are able to use an AI ? Read everything before clicking, there are package and payment intervals if you don't read don't blame the platform.

I'm having a lot of fun with the monthly payment creating music for my friends about our stories and that is worthy the 10 euros that I paid.

I Produce my music the «  old fashion way » and with all the AI Hypes, I got curious and wanted to see what it can actually do…and tried MUREKA for the first time. OMG - what a joke! It does what it wants, ignore prompts completely, bad musically, bad phrasing… « the reference track feature » does nothing at all - What is this??? I was done within 10 minutes. Reading other reviews here, I was lucky that no « yearly » accident happened and only paid one month - via Pay Pal - I cancelled immediately and received a PayPal confirmation that the marchant cancelled further payments… FIOUF! But the lesson? Check here - before joining ANYTHING on-line. What on earth was I thinking…??? 🤣.

I want to warn others about my recent experience. I was charged €269.99 through Google Payments by a company called Mure Ka AI without my authorization. I never subscribed to any service, never requested anything from them, and did not give permission for this payment.
After discovering the charge, I tried to contact the company, but I have received no clear response or explanation. This situation feels completely fraudulent, and I am now proceeding to report the case to the police as well as through the appropriate consumer protection channels.
I am sharing this here so that others are aware and can avoid going through the same issue. Always check your Google Payments account and bank statements carefully. I hope this review helps prevent more people from being affected.

Copycat clone of Suno. Mureka paid for a Sponsored listing and labeled their link as Suno so that any searches take the victim to their website instead. They allow users to rip YouTube videos directly off YT via a link, and their persona generation is garbage.

They wrote me 2 versions of a song for 5 minutes. It was great. I'm delighted. However, in order to download your music and videos you need to get pro subscribtion which is 9 dollars per month.

Please be careful not to choose the annual monthly fee option of 7 dollars per month if you don't want to.

WASTE OF TIME... NOT SERIOUS. It deletes all your efforts when you click create, to force you to registry. Then all my text was converted to nothing. Then i deleted my "membership". Pathetic.

Fraude. You can not unsuscribe if you have paid directly on page, not by google pay.

making the song with ai was easy, I just wrote the lyrics and it made a few songs. I don't know why it made so many though, it made 6 versions, I only wanted one. when I tried to delete I couldn't find any way to. all I could do was "dislike". the page also did not fit into my laptop screen, there was a comment box that generated over the screen which was annoying. I couldn't scroll far down enough for the drop-down menu to be seen when using the 3-dot option on the right of the song, and couldn't select the dislike button anyway for the last two songs on the "library" list. very frustrating experience.
