Murray travel provided excellent service. The entire trip was planned out with connecting flights and transfers from airport to hotel. All went smoothly. It was good to get suggestions on hotels and ones selected were of a very good standard. We were regularly contacted to check all was well. Would highly recommend using this travel company.

The travel agent gave us very helpful advice in planning where to stay on Fuerteventura. They also handled the whole booking procedure and printed off all the necessary boarding passes and vouchers. We were given the contact details of Murray Travel which allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing that they were always available if anything untoward was to happen.

A friendly and efficient experience from the moment we walked through the door, even our dog was made welcome and given a biscuit.

I have used Murray Travel on many many occasions. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. Sometimes companies will offer to 'get back' to me with an answer to my request, whereas Murray Travel can usually answer straight away suggesting what is and what is not feasible.
I have travelled widely maybe not making things easy or straightforward for them but they have always thoroughly researched all options to meet my more unusual requests.
The atmosphere in my local branch is warm and welcoming. The staff take a genuine interest and I often pop in after a trip to share my experiences.
My latest trip was a personal tour to Pakistan, India and Bhutan. I was treated like a family friend.

We have been using Murray travel for a few years now and Tracy goes above and beyond to make sure we have the holiday arrangements required to make everything run without a hitch.. all I need do is phone or email Murray Travel and say “I’m looking to go to New Zealand Tracy! Then within a couple of hours I have flights meals seats booked and all documents sorted and we are ready to go.. yes!! Trying to organise a family cruise holiday can be a challenge so leaving it in the hands of Murray Travel proved to be the best decision I’ve made. From the flights, transfers, hotel and cruise itself it couldn’t have gone smoother . Nothing was too much trouble and whatever silly question I thought I had they answered and made me feel the holiday planning was in safe hands. Attentive service from Kacie, listened to our holiday requirements and sourced a good range of holidays for us to choose from. Had a lovely break away with all documentation provided in a handy A5 folder. Great contact details for when we were away in case we needed assistance (we didn't but it was reassuring to have). We have used Murray Travel on numerous occasions for both city breaks and for longer holidays and they have always been fantastic. For our most recent trip Susan provided us with numerous options on location and hotel following our brief with each one hitting the mark. We eventually settled on Ceasars Gardens Hotel in Lindos Rhodes which was fantastic. So quiet and relaxing with excellent standard of service.
