Received order on 7th October & was shipped very next day on 8th of October. There may be delay in delivery due to festive season of Dushera holidays & also navratri going on. As its third party courier partners its beyond our control. As seen on tracking the parcel has reached your destination & hopefully would be delivered soon. Thanks

They sent me wrong product...which after much hassle and countless follow ups they sent the tight one. I was supposed to receive free samples which was part of their product listing, that too they sent expired ones. Pathetic . I wouldn't buy from them again for sure.
I have contacted your employee countless times to arrange for reverse pick up. But he didnt. Moreover I contacted him from my end to arrange to speak to the courier vendor and do the needful. I have from day 1 been supportive and ready to return. But you guys are not arranging a reverse pickup.

You have yet not returned the wrong product to us. On good faith we had send you the right product as it was our fault, which may happen once in a blue moon its an human error & not intentionally. But as a good gesture we were expecting the wrong product to be returned. Thanks

Hi Sir,
We appreciate your review/feedback, but as we sell multiple brands & this is the review section for our services. Would have appreciated if product review is posted in product page so other consumers/customers can too be aware about the particular product.

Hi Mukul,
We did expect the same from you as we had gone legally & filled a complaint for accepting a wrong product & then not returning it as you got the bonus of high value. There may be human mistake that doesn't mean the world is to loop others money.
Kindly available discount coupon also
