PLEASE do not order anything from this website. They are complete scammers.

I ordered two dresses back in January 2026 and they still haven’t arrived. I’ve had multiple email exchanges with them asking for a refund, and every single time they’ve refused. Whenever I asked why my package was taking so long, they just kept coming up with ridiculous excuses.

It’s been nearly four months and I still haven’t received my package or my money back. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this site.

The company is not based in Melbourne (Australia). It is based in India. The item quality is poor. They offer a percentage off in attempt to prevent return. Do not buy from here, it is a scam.

A complete scams!!!
They won't answer my email until I reported them to PayPal. They only would refund 60%. The dresses I bought came 1 weeks late, there were no brand label. No tag. The dresses I bought are made from poor quality fabrics.
They copied and used the image from another company from the USA.
Report them to the AAAC and PayPal if you come across them.

This is such a scam. It advertises as being a Melbourne based company, product comes direct from India. Mine came with no tags at all, tiny in size. To return it, costs your 25 dollars to send back to India

Complete scam. Overseas company selling rubbish clothing. Fake advertising with criminal intent. The intent is to steal your money. Please make a complain to the ACCC or they will continue this scam

Absolutely fake company! The address on the website is for Swanston & LaTrobe st Melbourne - unless they’re the State Library, Train Station, RMIT University or the food place at Melbourne Central, then it isn’t real!
Products are not what’s advertised, cheap polyester fabric and completely the wrong size. The Men’s shirt I got was a L and I could barely get it on…more like an S! Pants were not woven fabric like in the pictures but a cheap printed polyester.
Customer service is from a different company and wanted me to send it back to India, but gave me an incomplete address, so it wouldn’t be delivered and therefore I wouldn’t get a refund. Other options were for replacement items or a 25% refund.
Totally dodgy - even their “we’re 2 sisters celebrating 23 years in business together!” photo on their page is AI - the text on the bags they’re holding has gibberish under the word “MUSE”. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Do not trust or buy from this brand! They are complete scammers! It is not an Australian owned and operated company. Items come from India!
Waited more than a week to receive any shipping details.
Quality is absolutely horrible!
Returns can only be made to India (at your own expense)!

I ordered an XL shirt and I could barely get it over my shoulders and chest. More like a small or medium. Not easy to get it off either!!! When I asked for a refund I got several option including sending the shirt at my cost to India not Melbourne. Or I could keep it (donate to Vinnies) and get a 25% refund. They did also offer to replace it. It’s a front for an Indian company not an Australian like the ad appears to be.

Do not order from this company!

SCAM WEBSITE

Received my order weeks late and it was the cheapest material and packaging I have ever seen. I spent $90 on a dress and received something that looks on the lower end of Shein. Do not purchase from this site!!

Poor quality and cheap fabric dresses. Are not like the pictures online. Expensive aswell so assumed id get quality.

Biggest scam ever! I made the mistake of purchasing a dress from their website after seeing many ads on instagram. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! For a brand name that sounds very luxe and Australian owned, you would think the quality of the product would be great too. You’ll be waiting a while just to get an update on the progress of your delivery. The dress arrived eventually from China. It did not resemble the picture online at all and felt cheap. All the pictures on their website an ads on instagram are taken from other companies like White Fox and Baby Boo Fashion. If I wanted something cheap, I could’ve just ordered from Shein.

You have been warned.
If you deal with this business then be prepared.
I bought that shoe in size 6 and got a 9.5. Then was told it was a man’s shoe and they work on men’s sizing. I gave up after that. Absolute clowns. Then was told to pick another shoe as they didn’t have a size 6. They were going to send another for a small fee. Well the small fee was $42. I wasn’t going to send good money after bad money. As for refunds it’s pathetic I took what was on offer which was 25% of my money back. What a pack of monkeys. Don’t believe me just check their reviews. Wish I did.

Scammers, their return place is an address in India, the quality of its products are the worse.

Dodgy has all shit, sizing not right. Linen shirt not linen but 95% polyester.
Avoid at all cost.

WHY. WHY. WHY i didnt check on this review site before I ordered? Muse is not Melb or Australia based, all their products are assembled and manufactured in China. The quality, design and material that arrived was not the same pants they advertised on their website.
Please share this and do not order any items that are on your social media feeds. China are the only ones that can afford and mass produce those ads.

The only way (unfortunately) to find out is when you order and track the item. Then you see that it's originating (coming) from China (mostly).

Do not use MUSE MELBOURNE

This company sells very poor quality products and returns need to be sent to India at the consumers expense. Their site makes no reference to India and their address on line is in Melbourne Australia.

The items I purchased were not as described, wrong colour and pattern , the fit was horrendous despite following their measurements re sizing . Never again!

Goods not delivered. No refund. No credit. No replacement. Do use unless you like wasting money.

Ordered 2x golf jackets XXL. Arrived weren't even XL. Said they'd send 2x more if I covered freight & I could keep the 1st 2. Second lot arrived - correct size BUT completely deferent jackets. Stay away ... feel it's a scam.
