UPDATE: I have now received a replacement device which is working. The company did eventually come through with great customer service and apologized for the problems and lack of help
I am changing my review because despite having to file a dispute with my Credit Card company and multiple unanswered emails, they eventually came through with a working device and that is what I wanted all along

SONR is the best ever underwater musicplayer. Its so comfortable, no need to struggle with wires and earplugs. I just put it under my swimming cap and the music is on...the sound is perfect while swimming.
SONR customer service is an extra bonus by dealing
any problem quick and with a lot of attention and helpfulness.

This device was returned and the process exceeded my expectations. The SONR volume was insufficient to overcome my hearing challenges. The response time to my emails was great, and the refund process was perfect. Pleasantly surprised!

Device was exactly as described. I had been using a different device which had wires and the wires tended to fray and break over time so hopefully the Sonr with no wires won't have those the of problems. I swim a mile in pool five days a week so need something to accompany me on my journey through the water. I misread the instructions and got on to the Sonr support who were very prompt and helpful with their replies meaning that I was all sorted in no time at all.

Really enjoying this great little gadget. I swim most days and this has improved my enjoyment of my swimming and also a small improvement on my speed. I hadn't read the spec properly and didn't realise the bluetooth wouldn't work in water, bit daft I know. Anyhows hasn't spoilt my enjoyment of this speaker.

The product is fantastic. As a non-competitive swimmer for my entire life, I have never had music when swimming - it's a game changer! It sounds very faint when you turn it on, and still low when you put it in your swim cap, but the second you go under the water it's like magic - you can hear perfectly. It is a great product!

This is by far, the best Sport toy I own. It is so good and I use it almost everyday, so I got a new one (just in case). I just love it.

Love it for swim training! There are no wires which makes the device very comfortable to ware. The battery is enough for a full training session.

It's very cool when it works. But the first failed after a few months. It got replaced. Then failed again and couldn't be charged. Unfortunately the warranty was apparently on the original device and not the replacement. I wouldn't buy another set that price point if it only lasts months. Competitor products at least last two or three years from experience which seems more reasonable.

My SONR music stopped working after 8 weeks and despite many emails providing information on the device - at the request of the SONR team I’ve had no response… seems that after care service is non existent.

UPDATE : I am pleased to report that I received a replacement SONR a few weeks after my original post.

I’ve been using this device for a couple of months now. It's a great system with fine sound quality. With the SONR Music, I’ve fixed the headphone disc securely to the goggle strap, and I’ve never had to readjust it. It’s a perfect little gadget.

Scam, don't buy it!
After waiting for the device for almost a year, and after using it for a year, device stopped working. Devices build and sound is sub-standard. There are much better alternatives.

This is actually a really nice gadget. I now can't swim without it. Comfy, easy to use and nice audio)

Was gifted a sonr music which unfortunately did not function when taken out of the box (suspected battery issue). Have left 3 messages over the last week and had no response whatsoever.

I have had so much confusion trying to return an unopened swim music system. No response from web site …phone number on site disconnected…eventually after many attempts at communication different addresses were given one in California and then one in New Brunswick.
I have a feeling sending my device off will be the to someone's advantage but really question if I will ever get my refund . Has anyone else ever returned an item and if so what was the addess

No Seriously....This does all it says on the tin. I use this to swim for over an hour. This thing works really well. I would say the smart money is using it with Silicone ear plugs. The Customer support team looked after me. I had a problem with the player and they sent me a new unit and the thing has not skipped a single beat. Worth getting

I like a lot SONR products. I have the SONR Music, mp3 player, and the SONR Communicator (very useful for beginners of all kinds (like me), for the sports to be done in the water) . I use them both regularly.
I very much enjoy swimming 3 times a week and using SONR music. The sound is very good, and appreciate that I do not have to wear headphones. great advantage. The service is very good, SONR team answers very fast to the emails. good job!
