Some of the BEST customer service/support.

5 Stars for genuinely amazing customer support & service overall. I had started my subscription on musicbed as a free trial. I quickly realized that at the moment it was not a service that I personally needed just yet and wanted to save money so, I thought that I had completed the subscription cancellation process but I must not have because I got charged for the month & immediately contacted musicbed over email a little worried about asking for a refund but I had to ask and not only did they respond extremely fast, they truly understood the situation, canceled my subscription (for the moment, I will 100% be back) and refunded me without any hassle. Like I said, this is a great service and I will be back. Highly recommend checking them out!

Sydney was so helpful

Sydney was so helpful. She was quick to respond and clear with her instructions when I inquired about upgrading from one subscription to the next.

In general, Musicbed is always so helpful and very responsive. Their customer service is SO great!

Great experience with them overall!

I really appreciated the fact that once I subscribed to their platform they setup an intro call with me. On this call they walked me through everything in great detail. Such a nice personal touch that their team goes out of their way to do this.

The selection on this platform is incredible and I've yet to find a song I do not like... highly recommend!

Catalog is great but their website is…

Catalog is great but their website is terrible. Slow to a degree that it's unusable. As soon as I load up their website and start playing a couple of tracks it completely eats up my CPU. Tried it on several different computers and always the same issue. I did a Google PageSpeed insight report just to verify that I wasn't a "me"-issue, and it reports a staggering 17s to fully load the page O_O Aren't you guys using your own website? Speed and effecient should be priority #1 (after the music that is). The root cause seem to be they are using an javascript framework (react) to render the whole website, which is just so extremely heavy on the CPU. Anyone using react in 2026 is just a sad choice and it hurts business.

Why Musicbed, why? I just want to be able to scan for music tracks for our projects.

I’m happy I subscribed to Musicbed. They have an awesome selection and were upfront about it being a one year commitment. I’m loving everything they offer so far and plan to stick with them for many years.

Customer service isnt great... at least not for me personally.

Its mainly customer service. We are so exhausted from dealing with AI... when we have issues, we want the ability to talk to a human right away. No I dont mean, login and get someone in 5 seconds... I can wait in line. Every time I need something I get no where... the AI bot is useless. I had a rough experience trying out a promo. I still got billed for things even though I should not have been. Even the staff member talked to me like I didnt know what I was talking about. The promo was a try out music and SFX but I got billed and the rep talked to me like its my fault even though I sent clear screen shots of everything and still was like talking to wall. Ive had way better experience when dealing with premium beat the 3 times I needed customer service in 10 years. I ended up caving anyways and paying for a yearly membership for $1000+ or whatever the cost is but truthfully, I wish I just held out and didnt do it. Already feel like I am running out of good picks for music not even a week into it. Perhaps this is all on me. I'll spend some more time checking.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Quick to reply and addressed some specific issues we had very clearly. Much easier to work with a company that cares for customer service. such as Musicbed, as most other companies take days, or weeks, or never to reply!

Amazing choice for YouTubers

I’ve been using Musicbed for a while now, and honestly, it’s been one of the best tools in my workflow as a creator. I've tested other similar services and decided to use only Musicbed because of the quality.

What stands out the most is their music curation. The quality is consistently high, and it doesn’t feel like you’re digging through endless generic tracks. Everything feels intentional, cinematic, and actually usable for storytelling, which is great for my YouTube channel.

Their filters are insanely good. I can usually find exactly what I need in minutes by filtering by mood and instrument, instead of wasting hours scrolling. That alone makes a huge difference when you’re deep in editing and need the right track fast.

Also, their customer service has been super helpful and responsive.

Overall, if you’re a YouTuber, Musicbed is easily a great choice. It saves time, elevates your content, and just makes the whole process smoother.
