Extremely poor business practices
Stay away!!! Extremely poor business practices. Wish we had checked D&B database before using this company, because based on that, it's clearly a no go.
We submitted a purchase order to Music City Laboratories in June 2021 to manufacture 15,000 units of product for us. We purchased and supplied raw materials to them. They committed to supplying 15,000 units but only delivered 13500 units - a shortfall of 1500 units, while consuming raw materials supplied by us amounting to 15000 units. The cost to our business was in the thousands of dollars. Along the way, they lied, misled, and tried to cover up potential mistakes.
We tried to resolve the issue with MCL and asked them to make good by supplying the remaining 1500 units or refunding the raw material cost to account for the 1500 unit shortfall. They have refused to acknowledge or resolve the issue.
