Unfortunately, the communication throughout this process has been disappointing. After waiting close to 4 weeks with no correspondence and needing to follow up twice, I was offered an alternative product, as the one I ordered had “just sold out” but after advising I no longer wanted the alternative and wanted the original, I received no further response. I hope the customer service process can be improved. From reading another review it seems some of their advertised stock is not present in their warehouse. So maybe avoid if you want something quickly. Still waiting to hear from them to get my money back.

Took almost 2 weeks to get my order. I needed one of the items by a specific date, it arrived the day after I needed it.

I specifically ordered more than a week in advance to give plenty of time. I had to follow up after a week with not even tracking update. When I got in touch with them after more than a week they said 'the item just arrived in store'. It was listed as in stock on their website when I ordered it. If it was out of stock, I would have expected to told this and when the ETA is. They presently only have 1 store so, and I don't think it takes 1 week to get it from wherever they were waiting for it to come from. I honestly think they either forgot my order entirely or they didn't think to update me on what's happening.

Ordered exam piano pieces, the books arrived quickly to nsw within 2 weeks nd nicely packaged.

Excellent service. Order came promptly despite Christmas delays. Good prices too. Recommended A+
