Quick Fast Delivery And Well Packaged From Reliable Seller And DVDs With Perfect Crystal Clear Picture And Would Always Truly And Highly Recommend To You All

Received DVD in a timely manner and it was very clear. I am very happy to recommend this company to others that are interested in increasing their dvd collection. The email reminders came frequently to let me know the status and I appreciated that.

I bought a blu-ray disc from MVR (#69135) for the price of $19.99, shipping to Europe cost me $24.88, tariff another $9.33 (€14,35).
Nearly two weeks later I received the disc and, worst case happened, I could not play it. I tried a few things,
but no luck.
When I asked for help I got some advice like cleaning my player, and so on.
I went to an audio store to try to play the disc in their players, but no way, it was broken.
MVR offered me two options:
1. return the broken disc at my cost or
2. order a new item and get a substitute for my broken disc shipped with the new item.
Meaning that I will either pay shipping and handling that will cost more than the broken item or I order something and have the same shipping and tariff cost again.
Where is MVR compensating for their fault ??

The customer service from MVR is AMAZING, the shipping is fast & efficient & the products are the best selection of rare physical media I have found anywhere & I am an avid collector. Music, documentaries, interviews, videos, they have it all & they add new titles all the time. I am a regular, returning customer & I intend to remain that way. I highly recommend MVR!!

The item was exactly what I wanted. Delivered promptly. Thank you.

I recently ordered David Cassidy Greatest Hits - Live at The Albert Hall 1985 Concert (Rare DVD) from Music Video Resource.
Ordering and payment at checkout was easy. Delivery was fast, arriving from the US within a few days. It was packaged well and it also enclosed a catalogue of other titles/anthologies of various artists to purchase.
The quality of the DVD is good and the description was accurate.
I would recommend MVR for their excellent service

Hey to all who helped with this transfer. I really went down the rabbit hole trying to find this old concert from the early 80's. A band from New Zealand, a concert never on DVD, not even available in any form now. All I had was an old VHS tape I recorded off the TV back in the day, a Commercial VHS I found floating around eBay and a sentimental need to reconnect with this moment in time. MVR was known to me. I'd bought other hard to find items from them before. I reached out to them but as luck would have it they didn't have this particular title. (it is quite rare) I thought this was the end of the line. To my surprise, Adam with MVR offered to transfer the the old commercial VHS and clean it up a bit and send me back a new DVD complete with artwork. Sounds too good to be true? I got the DVD today and I am truly grateful. I saw this when it aired in 82' on a picture tube type TV and I recorded it on standard play on my hi end (for the time) VCR and played the crap out of it. What you sent me today immediately made me feel like I was seeing it as I was recording it off my old TV. The sound suffered a little on this old video cassette but you get what you get with old tapes. The video came out so good that it kind of overshadows any negatives. And the artwork on the disc alone was worth the price of the project! Bravo! In short–very happy with the result and thank you again for giving me an option when it seemed there was none.
Thanks
Dart Steed
P.S. The audio I recorded back in the day sounded better (with a little help from modern tech) than the Commercial DVD audio so I was able to sync the best audio with the best picture and I'm positively ecstatic with the result. Thanks to MVR thinking outside the box, I got the best possible outcome I could ever hope for!

Exemplary service from MVR in supplying the magnificent 2-DVD set of the "Mel Brooks 99 year old man" documentary by Judd Apatow.

This comprehensive and knowledgeable review of the life of comedy genius Mel Brooks is a genuine collector's item and viewing it all in one session was a most enjoyable experience.

I am very happy with this purchase.

I was really pleased to be able to find a rare concert video through them. No problems with shipping or the product.

Highly overpriced, more than a 50% markup on most goods. Especially 4k criterions. Do not buy. Amazon is far cheaper, or eBay.

I have had a GREAT experience with this company. I was looking for “The Age of Disclosure ”. I love owning dvds rather than purchasing digital copies. I am a very big supporter of docs and wanted to see this one. I had never heard of this company so I was hesitant at first and I checked to see if it was legit. I am happy to report it is a VERY GOOD company. From ordering to customer service to receiving the blu-ray. Packaging was good…blu-ray amazing quality…watched it last night and will be rewatching it again. The company let me know when they received my order…send me shipping and tracking info….and advised me when it was delivered. Everything you could ask for in an online shop. I will definitely be purchasing more from them. They also included a nice letter to me along with a catalog of dvd/blu-rays they have available. Excellent!!

I discovered Music Video Resource thanks to a friend of mine just a few weeks ago and I could not be any happier with the discs I have received.
Great care was taken in their shipping and their pricing speaks for itself.
The speed of my delivery was incredibly fast too!
They have a huge library of titles and I will recommend them every opportunity I can.
Music Video Resource *****

I’m trying to remember what month last year I started collecting videos? All I know is since I found this site a completely new world has opened up for me. I’m going to do my best to remember some of my vast purchases. Cyndi Lauper, Flock of Seagulls, Depeche Mode, Lady Ga Ga, Katy Perry, Pet Shop Boys, Loverboy, Cher, Rick Springfield, Soft Cell, Olivia Newton John, and I know today I’m supposed to get 3 more delivered. Miley Cyrus, and two others I don’t remember however I’ll make sure to cover those as well as those I may have forgot to list. One common denominator I have discovered with all the groups I’ve purchased regarding videos is the purchase prices are very reasonable. The quality which to me involves the selection, clear pigmentation and of course the cd itself I have found all 3 high quality!!! I haven’t had one bad experience with any of my purchases. No cracked dvds or scratched. The product comes out like new when you watch the videos! Oh and the selection is tremendous! You can literally spend forever just watching like one video dvd and if it’s a 2 or 3 bundle on the same artist than you may as well video binge because it may take awhile to watch just one artists videos! I don’t mind myself video binging because since I was a kid in school years and years ago like I was musically inclined as a listener. Another artist I remember is Kim Wilde. I have her in my collection. You can’t go wrong on this site. Browse and discover your past and present favorite artists.

My wife really wanted to Taylor Swift Eras Tour video but we missed it when it was available and now it's locked behind paywalls.  After searching I found it at your site and we ordered it.
The response was prompt and it shipped quickly.  She had to wait for Christmas to get it but she is absolutely *delighted* with it!  It's just what she wanted and we are *very* pleased with the service from MVR.
The only slight drawback was the extensive catalog of other tempting videos that came with it.

I purchased a DVD 'Wicked One Wonderful Night TV Special' starring Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo.
Great service from this company .
I received it here in my hometown Sydney ,Australia well before the time
quoted on the original order.
The recording plays back very crisp and clear and a bonus ,the entire program is commercial - free .
Stellar cast performing great songs and
to see Cynthia Erivo perform the iconic 'Defying Gravity' whilst flying above the audience ,......priceless !
The Team at MVR ,you rock !

I have ordered many titles from Music Video Resource over these past few years (and will continue to do so). Their DVDs (and Blu-rays) are of exceptional quality. Much of the content they provide is generally impossible to find elsewhere and the bonus materials they add proves that they reach above and beyond to provide music lovers just about anything out there available featuring their favorite artists. Likewise, they provide excellent customer service ship fast and with extreme care.

Some people hate taking joy in a great product and will complain about anything. I bought several comprehensive collections from these expert collectors of music videos. The company was lightning fast - I got my DVDs the very next day, after ordering them. They came with a list of the content, great art on the disc itself and a convenient, sturdy disc-sized case.

Wow again fantastic dvd .brilliant picture and sound. Arrived and well packaged. Absolutely pleased with this dvd all my favourite songs are on this dvd. My experience with you again has been absolutely fantastic. Just a quick question. Any updates on the eagles dvd and don henley or brayn adams dvds. If so would you please keep me updated. Kind regards David vale. Again brilliant service.

Highly Recommend this Seller! Very Fast Delivery, Great Communication and Quality. Would buy from this seller again!!

I was looking for the billy joel 100th on DVD and they were able to provide it. Not the full concert but the CBS special with ads edited out. Sound and picture quality are excellent. It didn't come with chapters so specific songs are difficult to find and there was no track listing. The service was excellent
