I ordered a "Pure Pod" fruit and vegetable cleaner. It came in a box labled QH-15. But the product looked the same so I tried it. It did not work. It was supposed to take 8 hours to charge, but charged in 15 minutes. Then once in the water, it shut off without the 3 alerting beeps and the water was as clear as before. I emailed the company and they asked me to VIDEO it and send to them. I thought that was asking alot, but I videoed it anyway. It did the exact same thing. Now they are saying to try some OTHER things, because they have no return labels to offer and I would have to pay for shipping. This happened once before with the company Donna's Dresses of Charleston. It's actually in China and the product was horrible. UPS said it would be about $200 to return to China. So it looks like I'm in the same boat again.

They automatically sign you up for a recurring monthly fee when you buy a product. They don't tell you about the fee, they just say you agreed when you purchased. When I called you can tell this is the only call they get at support. She quickly canceled, but when I asked for a copy of the document i "Signed" she stated she could not provide that and to go read their terms and agreements.

Super shady company and not sure how they are still getting away with this.

Somehow, we got signed up for a rewards club that charges $32 a month, something we never intended. The phone call to customer service was difficult because the rep had a strong accent and understanding her was difficult. Eventually she gave me a confirmation number about cancelling the charge and membership. I'll habe to wait and see if that really happens.
